This place is really great! Their rice and frijol is so good I have no idea what they put in it! It’s a simple thing but this place does it so well. Overall I really like it and think it’s a really good value for the money. I usually get the gallina a la plancha just because I like it so much; it’s not dry at all and just a nice, simple but well made dish. The pupusas as are good too! The people are really nice here. It’s a staple for us.

Picked up some cheese/pork and zucchini pupusas today. Was very impressed by both!
Pupusas were not too oily compared to other places I’ve been to. They are slightly smaller than most places but are packed well with filling! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for some good Salvadorian food!

I was there yesterday and ordered a carne asada, it was not good at all. Meat was really hard, it was imposible to eat, we left most of it. Ordered some pupusas and they had more masa than anything else, not good at all. Yuca frita and empanadas, were okay, not what I expected. The place was clean and service was okay, though. I tried it out, because, it has five stars, but, wouldn’t go back. First and last.

I met my first papusa here, and now I’m in love especially here since they serve it with a pickled cabbage. I think they sever other things… but I wouldn’t know.
What I love most is this I s a cute little mom and pop place that hasn’t been taken over by hipsters. Also, I’m pretty sure they have the best Spanish only juke box north of the boarder.

I asked the girl what the best item on the menu was and she immediately answered the steak, shrimp and chicken combo.
Do I remember the name of it?
Uh…no.
Did I bother to write it down?
Negatory!
Was it positively delicious anyhow?
Yes Ma’am!
They may have been a little heavy on the salt but everything on the plate was wonderful and it was a generous enough portion that I took a decent amount of it home.
The Jamaica was good. The service was veery chill.
A wonderful late lunch.
