Never again, went today two 8-​piece mix chickens check the order. I got a 6 piece let the staff know about it and decided to give me and 8 piece of chicken jerky driest piece of crap there was. I will never go back to this place again guess it’s KFC from now on

I like the Pollo loco food. However, there have been several times in this particular location that they mess my order up and it never fails! …In addition the last time I went I ordered a Large drink and the lady at the register asked me «you ordered a large right?» I said I did. Then she hands me a regular size drink only because she did not have large cups at the register and she did not want to go out of her way to go to the back and get more cups! I then asked her if the regular size drink are large? She said no and did not apologize nor offer me big salsa cups since I had a large order. I hate poor customer service!!!

These guys sponsored an event for Sheridan Elementary school a few years back so I owe them a review. Nothing but good experiences here.
Good chicken, good fries (yes fries), the service here is quick and freindly. Thier mash potatoes are suprisingly good with gravy. They have fresh corn off the cob and sweet Churros.
They have topics galore, from cilantro, onions, lemon, guacamole (red and green), and much more. Thier drink selection inlcudes tea, coke, sprite, dr Pepper, fanta, hi-​c. People love thier bowls I prefer thier burritos.
For dieters, I suggest skinless Chicken breast, pinto beans, and vegetables.
