Fuuuuuuck! Been in line over 10 minutes waiting to order! Did the manager die?! The cashier isn’t even speaking to the customer at the counter! Do they know each other or recently break up? Ughhhhh

If it was possible to gv a location zero stars this would be it ! This is the slowest least efficient drive thru restaurant this side of the 405 freeway. If u want ELPOLLOLOCO chicken go anywhere but here unless u hv 20 mins or more to kill in a drive thru! Incompetent at its best

Always crowded and with a crazy line whether you go through the drive thru or inside. 9 times out of 10 they have run out of wings which is crazy to me. The people who work there are at least nice and haven’t gotten my order wrong yet but I try to avoid coming here as much as possible.

This location tries very hard to do a good job but they cannot. Too many folks in the drive thru and I do not speak very good Spanish. I patronize this franchise because of its location only. They often mess up orders and it has taken its toll on me. My co workers and me are done spending money and waiting in the long drive thru line for food that is just ok!

This location was okay. The perk to this location is that there’s a drive thru however it seems that it’s always busy. The cashiers had a hard time understanding me in placing my order which was slightly annoying. She didn’t hear me correctly and thought I ordered a cherry coke instead of an ice tea. The rest of my order was placed correctly so that was nice. This location didn’t have horchata which was unheard of since el pollo loco locations always have horchata. They compensated and gave me a free lemonade to make up for not having horchata so that was very nice of them. Overall alright and standard service however, I think that the miscommunication was causing the wait time in ordering through the drive thru to be longer than expected. The food was standard el pollo loco taste but I really wish they had horchata at this location. I left so sad.

I think that this is a great location. Located near Centinela and La Tijera, it is pretty easy to get in and out. At noon, it took me about 5 minutes to order and get my food in the drive thru line. My order, the classic salad with chicken($ 5.99) without tortilla strips, was delivered correctly and quickly. The staff person was friendly. The food was fresh … Crisp romaine, chunks of moist white meat chicken, corn, pico de gallo and creamy cilantro dressing… and tasty. You can access the location from either street. Cheap, fast… perfect for a lunch on the run.

If you want to wait in the drive thru for 3 hours just to get some chicken at any time if the day come here! Ughhhh! I come here because I like the chicken and it’s close to be but geees don’t they gave the chicken cooking in the grill all day? It should never take this long! I mean you would think they had to go find a chicken to lay an egg, hatch the egg, watch the chick grow up and then prepare him for the grill ! But ima wait cuz I need this chicken for my gainnnnzzzz!!!

They offered us a combo. We accepted. We order a coke. We paid. Then, the guy says: «We are out of coke». We tell him we don’t want any other drink — so he says: «I can give you a cherry coke». We tell him we don’t want a drink … So then he decides to go ahead and changed the empty syrup canasters in the machine. Laziness is the word that comes to my mind.

Chicken was better than good. Flour tortillas were poor quality and beans so so. Use of styrofoam with hot food huge turnoff. Won’t eat there again until they change their carry out material.

Walk in and notice the manager helping the crew process orders with no hat or scarf on. After pulling her to the side, she tells me that managers are NOT required to wear head gear when handling food. Really? She proceeds to tell me that she will remove herself if that is what I want. Really??? I asked if there was a hat or net she could put on to continue helping her crew and she told me no. All while smirking and snickering at everything I say. Finally, she says she will just leave the floor and proceeds to walk off. Why work with and for the public if you are not going to give a damn about them. As a RN, I just can’t understand that. Won’t be back.

Used to be a much needed neighborhood favorite… sadly on two different occasions we have found a piece of hair in what used to be our favorite the bacon chicken toastada salad.

Honestly, I hate fast food. Like really, it makes me sick. El Pollo loco is the only fast food I can stomach, which means it is the only place I go if I am in a major hurry!

Horrible! The got all of our orders wrong. The chips are super old and stale. I kindly tried to ask them to replace them with fresh ones and they gave me a bag from the same shelf that were just as old and gave them to me with attitude. I ordered the chicken tostada, however the tortilla wasn’t toasted and was also stale and cold. I’m sure other Pollo Loco’s are good, but never go to this one!

I miss El Pollo Loco! This one was just okay they forgot cilantro green sauce for my salad. The food was hot and the side of rice was okay, nothing to jump about. Beware this is the smallest drive through ever. Make sure to check your order before you leave as you know the average order is about 10 to 20 bucks. Other then that its okay

Ordered at the drive-thru a good handful of times. Each and every time I have found that this particular El Pollo Loco location gives mediocre service, which is compounded by its very average tasting food, to be generous. I bet dollars to doughnuts that this is mainly because the average customer in this«so-so» neighborhood accepts or tolerates such mediocrity. I’d need to hear directly from the manager to convince me otherwise.
