Elite Event: Brunch at Hyperion Public

I am shamefully remiss in getting my review out, apologies to @YelpLA .
These smaller events are always awesome. The staff @HyperionPublic was terrific and really spoiled everyone present. The tasting menu portions were generous — chilaquiles (yummy) jalapeño cheddar quinoa and eggs (yummy and unexpected breakfast item) the breakfast sandwich and then bread pudding french toast — very rich.

Love these intimate sit down events with Unilocalers! As I sat down with new Unilocal friends, our waiters took our drink orders (options: Adult Iced Coffee, Michelada, Mimosa, Bellini, and the Rock). I enjoyed the Michelada (great balance; not overpowering) and the Rock (love the subtleness of the watermelon).
Hyperion Public then brought out our 4-​course tasting menu: Chilaquiles (Tortilla Chips with Cheese and Eggs), Jalapeño cheddar Quinoa Grits & Eggs (great texture; love as a side dish), Mini Deluxe Breakfast Sandwich (Simple, 3 pieces of bacon), and the Bread Pudding French Toast (Reminded me of a Churro in a French Toast shell).
Parking was easy (Free Meters on Sunday) on the streets. The staff was lovely as well, great service!
