I brought a package with a prepaid label, shipping it back exactly the way I received the package from fedex. They made me pay for a filler for $ 4.35. It does not make sense to me at all. They just want to rip you off because there are so many fedex locations that are closing. This business practice will cause this store’s demise. Worst experience at a FedEx location ever.

Its ok just come in first thing in the morning as opposed to the in here right now and im waiting on a lady before me that faxed 30 pages. Mine is 20 pages. Long distant faxes are$ 2.19 for the first page while local are $ 1.59.its $ 1.99 after that. Yeah i know ill be broke when i get out of here. Theyre kind of busy. Maybe during rush hour you should find a smaller shop elsewhere. I will say they are polite and attentive and are reputable. Maybe this is how these chains stay open. If I had researched elsewhere id probably be there instead. just keepin it real!

This is how it went down: –Hi, may I help you? –Hi, I need to overnight this to Vermont. –Vermont? Who’s that? –It’s a state. –A state of what? –A state in the UNITEDSTATES. –Oh. Where is it? –Next to New York. –Oh. Now, I don’t boast to know everything about US geography– I probably could not tell you exactly where every single state is off the top of my head… but I do know the names of all of them. And I really do believe that if you work at a place that specializes in shipping things, you too should be able to recognize all the states by name. That’s just my opinion though. In addition, this guy was generally very slow and unhelpful. I asked him what to do, and he gestured toward a table with about 50 different labels and envelopes on it and said to fill one out. Then he took just about forever to put it in the computer, charge me, and give me my receipt. Even though this one is the closest to my house, I’m going to stick to driving to other Kinko’s or the post office if I need something shipped.
