Foot Locker

I understand that when you’re closed, you’re closed but don’t close your store 5 minutes before the time you’re supposed to be closed! I had a pair of shoes to pick up from this location to my dismay they close at 7pm every single day. I work everyday till 6pm, I’ve attempted to get across town THROUGH RUSH HOUR only to fail both times because it’s 6:55 and they’re closed!

Claudia has a bad costumer service 1^st of all!!! She waste my time & gas for nothing! She is not knowledgeable about online deals. Claudia pls don’t ask people to go there when u don’t know what you offer. Honor your words don’t change it just to cover your mistakes just apologize. I will never step in to this store again! This is theFirst & last time.

I always get the best service when I go to this Footlocker. If something isn’t in stock they will go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for. For a small store they have a pretty wide selection and a very helpful staff.

There aren’t a lot of Footlockers around my house besides the one at the Beverly Center but sometimes it can be too much of a hassle to go there. This Footlocker, being way smaller than the BC one, still has a lot of good stuff and gets most of the general releases. I like this one because it’s pretty low key and not a lot of people know about it. The people that work there are very helpful, patient, and extremely nice. Carlos, the manager there, goes above and beyond for his customers. He tries to help you out as much as possible when it comes to getting something that is not at his store. Other places will lie to you and not help you because they’re lazy as ****! If you’re looking for a good selection and don’t want to go all the way to the BC, then this should be the place for you. They have a good selection of shoes for girls and youth.

I will never shop at any footlocker owned company after dealing with the manager of this location, Hector. I purshased a pair of shoes for my little brother. It turns out he already had the shoes, so I went to return them. I had never taken them out of the bag, never tried them on, and had a receipt. I had only purchased the shoes one week prior to my return attempt.
Hector refused to return the shoes. I then showed him the back of the receipt which clearly states that footlocker GUARANTEES money back for new items with a receipt. He claimed he DOES NOT have to follow footlocker coporate rules. That he, «MAKES HIS OWN RULES,» AND DOES NOT RETURN ANY SHOES.“
His service was absolutely pathetic and I will never shop there again. Finishline will get my money from now on. If you are crazy enough to shop there make sure you do not need to return anything.
