This is a review of the alterations shop on the ground floor of the Koreatown Galleria. Its right in front of the womens restroom, next to the key copy store, on the ground floor where the parking garage is. The owner of this alterations shop also owns the key copy shop next door. I noticed the shops when i was coming out of the grocery store, so I thought I’d give it a try. The owner, Mrs. Song, is a very unfriendly and unprofessional woman. She barely looked at me when I dropped off my clothes. And, no, it’s not because she’s shy because she sure knows how to talk with her eyes. I explained what I wanted done and she immediately said it was impossible to do. What is so hard about sewing a straight line? After I explained again and again, she said ok. I dropped off my clothes and got a pick-up ticket. When I returned to pick it up 2 days later, it was the same bad attitude. What is her problem? When a customer is bringing in business, the least you can do is pretend to welcome them. Dont expect me to refer anyone there nor will I return as a customer. She doesn’t act like she wants any business. P. S. She doesn’t give receipts. This is a cash only business.
