Gap Factory Store

I really like this factory store because they have one of the best children’s clearance sections. The problem with this outlet is the parking situation. Additionally, this store is un-​orderly, and although there are not many shoppers, going through the check-​out takes longer than usual.

3 stars for good selection of clothes but 0 for customer service, it sucks, they never ask if you need help or let alone greet you. The employees here need great customer service 101 and badly.

since 1 of my leopard shoes from years ago are hurting my feet, i decided to get me a really cute black pointy black shoes with wrap around at ankle. so comfty! and a black sleeveless top with rose buds. love them!

i was trying on the shoes in front of the mirror and rafael after greeting me from when i first walked in the front entrance, came over and asked me if i needed any help.
he was very helpful from start to finish of my quick shopping experience here today!
when i was being rung up at the register, i find out that rafael is going to be the new manager here at this gap branch. i’m very glad to know that!
he deserves it completely! :)
his customer service and personality was very welcoming and made me want to shop more but i had to run.
i shall be back!

as for rest of staff, they are pleasant.
lastly, suggestion time, i did notice that some wrinkled clothings need to be steamed before hanging for sale.
that ought to be a must especially in corporate companies as this one.

Randomly going for a walk in downtown LA when I turned on Broadway. Wow, downtown is really changing! An urban outfitters across the street, a gap, and coffee shops up and down the street.
This Gap happened to be having a huge sale. Almost everything was 50−75% off. Just like with any outlet or discount store you get what you paid for. It’s a small store but big enough where you’ll definitely find some good deals expecially with kids clothes.
