I don’t even write reviews but this one is really important. Basically … They have no type of experience with customers, no type of language skills(even tho I tired to talk to him in his language but he still wanted to talk in his broken English. I don’t know why?) they have no type of respect, no type of knowledge of the products… Nothing they are zero ! They have ignorance(ego) problem and they think their customers are rude, which is completely wrong. (INDETAIL) So I had my supplements bought two of the same flavor. I didn’t like one so to decided to exchange it to some other flavor. I was out of the country so my receipt was old(«expired») I bought it 6 months ago I didn’t know the return policy but the guy I bought from(I believe his name was wasif not sure. But he is usmans brother) told me that I can return or change supplements in ANYEAR if the supplements are not opened. I told the guy(Usman) that hey i bought it 6 months ago and I have receipt and my id so can I change it to something else right? He said no your receipt is expired and we can not return or do anything with it. I told him but your brother told me that I can return it if it’s not open, in an year. He told me «sorry he doesn’t know about the policy». I asked him what should I do now. Help me out because it’s not my fault that your brother told me that. He tried to scare me by Saying let me call my brother and ask him. I said sure go ahead. After few mins of him talking on the phone. He came to me and told me that«he didn’t say that» I asked him if I can talk to him. He said no I’m talking to the owner(which is his brother in law) I asked him if I can talk to him. He simply denied and walked outside. He came back and I asked him again if I can talk to him. He finally agreed and asked«the owner» he wants to talk to you and when I talked to the«owner» he was rude and protecting his(family members) his employees and he was accusing me of being a liar. I told that Usman just said his brother doesn’t know about policy. He denied saying that’s impossible. I asked him to help me out since I’m a regular customer and it wasn’t even my fault of his employees giving out the wrong information. He started questioning me «why did you come so late? Why didn’t you come before? What were you thinking before?» Later on he accused me for disrespecting with his brother In law(Usman) and I asked him right away when did I disrespected you? He started saying«no no leave it I didn’t mean to say that»… I then told him man i talked in the same way that I’m talking to you right now. He then started saying«that’s my loss if I take it back». I said but it’s not exactly my fault tho yes I’m late but your employees gave me that information. Anyway I don’t think I’ll ever go to this store again. I admit I was late but it wasn’t really my fault since I was given the wrong information by them. Plus to them it’s no big deal they could’ve sorted out the problem like grown ups except they were busy arguing with their customers and accusing them for being a liar like little kids. If you guys are reading this then man I got something to say for you. You guys are giving out Pakistanis a wrong name and impressions.

So I hardly leave any reviews. With that said mr. Usman has no people skills. Also sir, if your return policy states returns are accepted within 30 days with receipt and valid I.D. who are you to tell me other wise? So what if I used more than half the bottle of supplements that I bought but was not satisfied with. Did I not bring it back before the 30 days were up with my valid form of identification and receipt? Then please stay quiet and make a better suggestion for me instead of trying to educate me on your policy that I have so thoroughly examined. Thanks! Horrible place. will not be going back here.

I concur with the previous review on December 1, however I visited about a month before. Absolutely true. No nutritionist on duty, nor educated staff on products. In a nutshell, if the kid behind the counter had a lemonade stand, he wouldn’t taste his own lemonade before he sold it.

In a nutshell: Nutrition shop in Koreatown. Not the best GNC I’ve ever been to. I used to go to this one quite often because it was the closest GNC to where I live. However, when I went to the GNC at the Beverly Center, I realized that there is a huge difference between GNC shops. Apparently there are GNC stores and then there are GNC franchise stores. I honestly thought they were all the same where they try to sell you the most expensive products and make commission or something along those lines. I digress… This GNC is a franchise store. The couple of people I’ve spoken to don’t really know much about the products, let alone nutrition in general. I’ve even seen the manager(I think) read off of a product label when I asked him a question about the product… I could’ve read it myself… thanks. The one plus side is that franchise stores still have member discount prices. The drawback is that you don’t get free samples at franchises, and did I mention that they don’t really know about the products they sell? Anyway, come to this GNC if you’re already done your homework and know what you want to get. If you need a consultation or advice, go to Beverly Center.
