I am a loyal Guess customer and have spent hundreds. Been coming here for awhile now but the girls here who have very bad attitude need to be let go immediately as I will shop at Rodeo or the other stores instead. I will never return cuz of them they are still in high school and have no retail experience or customer service skills. The manager named Bridget is clueless zombie and extremely unprofessional.

Well i love guess brand, but every time here(beverly connection) this store makes me worst customer experience. Unfriendly hosts, rude attitude towards(one of woman assistance asks me you again?) haha what a rude attitude! And more importantly no customer care for problem solving! I bought a lots of jeans, tops and wanted to return one hat that was very unqualified and short aged hat, but couldn’t helped me and even was explaining non senses things to r! Completely unsatisfied!

I love guess and shop there all the time. However, the manager at this place is very unhelpful. My friends bought me a gift a couple of months ago, and I still had a gift receipt and wanted to exchange or get store credit. At first she said I could get store credit for the current selling price. I browsed the store and did not find anything I liked. So I wanted to get store credit, but she said actually since its been a couple of months you can only exchange it if you buy right now, no store credit. I called two other guess stores and all the managers said this is not true. She made me take an extra trip to the mall when I did not have to.

Always find great pieces here. Usually pick up their skinny denims, jackets or jewelry pieces. I find their clothes is very trendy and form fitting for my physique. Prices are also affordable. I am always greeted by the sales people and they are always very helpful in finding me coordinating pieces.

I hate writing anything negative on Unilocal but I actually hope this review can help a customer service blunder that made for an unpleasant experience. I called the store and was placed on hold 2 separate times for 10 minutes each time. Finally someone picked up and I was able to confirm they had the shoes I was looking for and I placed them on hold to be picked up later. I understood and patiently waited on the phone assuming they were busy, possibly short staffed. When I arrived to purchase my shoes the associate was grabbing them from the back and I watched as the phone rang, someone answered and immediately placed the caller on hold and walked back to the floor and stood there doing nothing. Now I cant blame any associates in this situation because when my girl came out, I explained how long I had waited on the phone earlier and asked why the chick doing nothing couldn’t just take the call. Apparently«policy» is that managers aren’t allowed to answer the phones. So some guy up in corporate says managers are too good to answer the phones, the caller waits it out until an associate busy helping in store customers has a second and manager lady stands on the floor looking pretty(she was very pretty btw, useless from a customer service standpoint, but pretty). In conclusion, my girl was finishing my payment, a different associate finally came over for the caller and my girl says«oh, they hung up already». So my advice, get a phone girl to only answer the phones or let ur managers make executive decisions when it comes to wasting peoples time on hold. Ps. Just so ya know I’m not just hating just to hate, love the shoes!

Gretchen and the girls here are always really nice and bright but clientele here is short of classy to say the least. I live 5mi from here so I visit very often, and just 10 minutes ago I was at the counter paying for a transaction when a female behind me stacked her clothes right next to me on the cashiers counter and stood so close to me that she can see my signature on the pinpad. Can you say excuse me??? Seriously that biotch was all up in my biz I wanted to shove her shaiiiit in her face and be like, ever heard of wait in line? And not stand super close and stack yourself on the counter when you’re not called for like you’re claiming some territory or something? Just thought I’d tell everyone about the helpful staff and my horrendous experience with that specific customer. For reference its a wednesday night 9⁄3 at 7:20p and that rude lady was tall and skinny.

What can I say every time i step into this GUESS store I am greeted well. Usually find some great sales and helpful staff that really know how to assist even when your just window shopping. I’ve found the best deals here and usually end up buying something even when i am just there to see whats new. So come on in!

Got a shirt for Christmas w/gift reciept… removed the tag put the shirt on and dont like it. take it back to Guess at Beverly to exchange for something else. When I walk in a sales associate welcomed me in, as i was explaining to her what i wanted to do, this other associate who happens to be manager on duty listenes in on our conversation and just buggs in with a phrase to me «Sorry to burst your bubble» and then completely rejects my exchange and tells me that she will get in trouble and she already has in the passed, so whe said that there is absolutely nothing she can do to me because I removed the tag… A very horrible thing to say to a customer Nataly, that was her name. Then I asked her for the district managers contact info to see if there can be acception made, Nataly said«Oh I can’t give you that» and gave me a corporate number. Company such as Guess should think twice before promoting someone like Nataly to manage the sales floor. Then next day I decided to stop by Guess store at Sherman Oaks and exchange was offered to me before I even explained myself. Thank you Sherman Oaks and Beverly Center needs help.

This store is one of my favorites! I really love going to this location because the staff here are all very friendly and helpful. They’ll bring you whatever it is that you need or want in a very timely manner and they’ll always check up on you if you’re in the dressing room. They will always inform you about any of their sales going on as well and if there are any in the near future. If you want very great customer service when you’re shopping at GUESS, then go to this location!

I love this store. It was my birthday last week and I was being treated to a new wardrobe. Orginally I was going to go with BEBE, but I wanted to see what kinds of items Guess had on sale. It turns out, guess had all the items I wanted, both on sale and regular price. I also took advantage of the 20% off regular price and 50% off sale price that was going on for Guess List members. My partner who accompanied me also tried on stuff and ended up buying items. I’m so glad I went with Guess because they had stuff for guys and girls and it made shopping much for fun! The staff was also very nice. There were two dressing room women who helped me and checked up on me. I love this store!

The Beverly Center used to feel really large to me. Very special. My most recent trip there left me feeling like it was smaller than it once was and certainly more bland. Maybe this is Westfield’s fault! In Guess though, I once again remembered what was great about the Beverly Center. A great selection of quality clothing, displayed in a well designed, well thought out shop. The staff were all very helpful and as friendly as a limey guy like me has come to expect from a country that prides itself on customer service. After trying a few things on, and paying without having to queue, I can say that Guess at the Beverly Center is a great place to shop! I can’t wait to get back there.
