I arranged for this company to come clean my house on a Saturday morning before my baby shower. I was 8 months pregnant, big a as ahouse, and normal house hold chore winded me easily and was very difficult to do. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!!! Not even the decency (or professionalism) of a phone call or an apology or an explanation. I called them multiple times the morning of and no answer,. I even called them the following day… and no answer. I had to clean my entire 4 bedroom house by myself! Thankfully my niece and aunt showed up an hour early and helped withthe things I couldn’t do. I would not recommend this company, nor would I ever use them again. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

DEFINITELY DO NOT go with this maid service. I used them a few times b/​c they were referred by a friend. This last time I made an appointment, I had to call them b/​c they were 30 minutes late. No one picked up the phone, but someone responded to my voicemail by text saying they would be here soon. I said it was unprofessional they were so late. The response I got was, «If I can, I told you.» When I told him that I would only have time for a 1.5 hour cleaning, they response I got was that they weren’t coming anymore. I asked him to call me, but got not response. So essentially I had waited around for them for nothing. This is one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with a ‘company.’ I implore you not to use them!

Ordered a Groupon for this company and havent been able to reach them. They dont answer the phone and the answering machine is from 1980 and barely audible. They dont return emails. I dont think this is even a real company, I had to add them to Unilocal and they have no website. Horrific customer service IF they even exist. Stay away from their Groupon and their services.
