Arturo is not only my hair dresser but also one of my favorite people and has been for over 7 years! I’m always chatting him up to all of my friends, especially since many of them ask me where I get my haircut! He’s seen me through my short hair phase, my long hair phase and he recently helped me decide and create my new look with bangs. He’s always done an incredible job and I completely trust him and his advice. He knows so much about the care and keeping of hair and scalp and I always learn some crazy and interesting little secret tip from him. He also just tells great stories ;) He is the best and always will be to me. I highly, highly recommend him!

I have been following Arturo for about 11 years and now drive all the way from Long Beach just so I can still get my hair cut by him. He’s extremely detailed and takes pride in his work. I always get compliments on my hair and have referred lots of people to him because I believe in his work. He is honest about what will look good on you and what won’t. And my hair looks great even when it’s grown out. Once you get your hair cut by Arturo, you won’t want anyone else touching your hair. He’s AMAZING!

As a young man with curly and wavy dense hair, I had been to all kinds of different places trying to get a good haircut until I found Arturo six years ago. Unlike previous hack jobs, Arturo takes his time and carefully cuts my hair with precision and a plan. Arturo listens to my ideas, but I trust him implicitly with my hair. Couldn’t imagine going to anyone else!

Arturo has cut and colored by hair for over ten years. I would not let anyone else come near my hair with a scissors. He is extremely talented and professional. He will be honest with you and tell you what will work and what wont. He never tries to push products on you or up-​sell you on things. But he is very knowledgeable regarding latest trends and new products that can help you keep your look. His prices are very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

Arturo is an awesome hair stylist. It’s great to see someone who truly loves what they do and that really does show in his work. The day I went to get my haircut, he gave me a lot of different options and explained the reasoning behind each one. I didn’t feel rushed and I was very pleased with the outcome.

Not a good experience at all. When I called to make an appointment, the receptionist couldn’t even tell me the exact cross street of the salon (which is, btw, Edinburgh). I arrived and the hair stylist didn’t even sit me in the chair to discuss what I was looking for or to see what I had currently style-​wise and/​or the texture of my hair when dry. They washed my hair, whisked me into the chair, and 24 minutes later I was out the door with a haircut I wasn’t crazy about. The experience was awful; the haircut was just okay (albeit not at all what I wanted).
