Very professional with excellent customer service. I take my fantasy football belt here every year to get engraved. I’ve never had any issues with them. I’d definitely recommend their services.

I was recommended to this store by another shop that sold products but didn’t make plaques etc. That in itself is a good recommendation.
I was very happy with the job that they did for me and enjoyed working with the owner. It was a very pleasant and quick service. I had a rush job to be done and he did it even though he had a lost of other jobs to do. I was impressed and went back another time and again he didn’t mind to stay later so he could give me my order — again I put him on the spot for a quick job. Really seems to know his stuff.

This is the first review I’ve ever written, because of how mind blown I am this company is still in business. I have no clue how this place has 4.5 stars!!! I was recently looking for a new engraver vendor for our company to use. This was the perfect opportunity to make a good first impression and continue a relationship. I spoke with them on the phone and let them know I’d be emailing my first order. A few days went by and no response. I called and they said they did get the email and I questioned if they got it, why they wouldn’t respond answering the pertinent questions I included. They said they could process the order and deliver it in a couple days. A week went by and still no nameplate. I was lucky my client was patient and understanding, because this doesn’t reflect well on us. I called them and they said they mailed it and I should have gotten it. I gave it a couple days and called them again. They said they would have to remake it then and hand deliver it. I waited a couple more days and no nameplate. I called them and they said it was no excuse, but they were having car issues. I finally got the nameplate which was completely overpriced and 2 weeks late. I absolutely don’t recommend using this company. I was referred to Hollywood Trophy and I’ve already had a much more positive experience. Lecia was friendly on the phone, responded to my email within minutes, has a much shorter turn around, and cheaper rates. They also offer many other services besides engraving. Good luck!

After realizing that the trophy shop we worked with for over 25 years was out of business I used Unilocal to find another place. Wow am I glad I did! We needed a one-​of-​a-​kind award to present to an artist at the Dolby theatre and Hartt came through for us. A spectacular crystal award from Italy with engraving, done on time and well under our budget. We will be ordering two more within the next month and will continue to be regular customers here. Thank you very much for such an amazing award which was the star of the award ceremony.

I worked with Nell, the store owner, on laser engraving a custom trophy for an out-​of-​state golf tournament that required some urgency on its turnaround time. Nell was nice, responsive, and helpful through the entire process. I will happily return to Hart Trophy & Engraving for all my future trophy & engraving needs.

I felt I had to comment on the work done by Hartt Trophy. For my dad’s 80^th birthday, I hunted for a vintage trophy to have engraved with four lines of text. After I found it, I called numerous trophy places to have the work done. I went with Hartt because it was a bit closer, they had good reviews, and when I explained the job, they seemed totally able to do it.
I took the trophy to them on Monday for a Friday pick up. I needed it for Saturday night. When I picked it up, the fourth line was crooked in the middle– glaringly so. When I asked about the «mistake,» I was told that it was due to the curve and taper of the Loving Cup vessel. That may be the case, but this is unacceptable to me. If that was the expected outcome, I should have been informed. Without knowing a thing about engraving, I can think of numerous ways we could have avoided this unfortunate mishap. The engraving on the trophy ruined it. Because it is engraving in metal, I don’t think it can be polished out or repaired. It looks very unprofessional and not at all worth the almost $ 80 I paid for the engraving. I am very disappointed.

I needed something engraved quickly today. I called to see if he could do it. He said come on in. He did it very fast and charged a reasonable price.
I will be back.

I found it hard to find engravers here in Hollywood, i needed a silver plate engraved to stick on my man’s valentines day present!
Found this place through Unilocal and i must say… Friendly, professional, super helpful and nice enough to get it done for me in 30 mins while I waited!
And the engraving is beautiful!

Nell is great and this is the only place I’ve found in Los Angeles that does Laser Engraving. I have had several items engraved here and they do a top notch job every time. I had a flask engraved for a friend’s birthday, I’ve had the back of a watch engraved as a Christmas gift, and I’ve had several plaques engraved with images and texts. Hartt is the only place I’ll go for engraving and it’s been that way for the past 3 years.

I’ve using Hartt Trophy for months. Nell, the owner really cares about the product he delivers. He has lots of experience in the trophy business.
