Cons: Incredibly disorganized and mismanaged. 90% of the time one hand doesn’t know what the other hand is doing. The girl that takes your payment will not smile and will not help you. Unfortunately she is the only one there most of the time (and evenings). If you call with a question, hope that Dena is there or else you will be asked to call back, regardless of its importance or if it is time-​sensitive.
Pros: Dena works the front desk and is incredibly helpful. She comes off as a bit stern but will get you whatever you need to get through the program. She is very patient and has full knowledge of the program. Most of the staff is great and very personable.
They have recently changed management/​ownership. The program director refuses to take responsibly for the mismanagement and poor organization. It is apparent that this change has brought on greater responsibilities for all employees yet some are inept and unable to handle the transformation.
There isn’t much you can do about the issues and problems here. They have you cornered since you are more than likely there by a court order or from the DMV. Any complaints or issues you have go unresolved or are not even heard in the first place. If you have a problem and try to verbalize it in a mature manner, they will still take it as you being non-​compliant and may take action against you (violation of the agreement you sign). My advice is to just keep your mouth shut, make your payments on time, ignore the payment girl and her poor attitude, and attend all activities so you can get out of there as soon as possible.
