I asked for help. They gave me help. But I couldn’t figure it out quickly enough I guess. Sorry if I can’t figure out how to navigate my way through domain names etc. in under 24 hours. And instead of a phone call, I got attitude from the owners of the company. Truly disappointing. I heard such great things and was really excited to get going. But I don’t have lots of time in the day to spend on this stuff. Which is why I wanted to work with a company like this one. A phone call can go a long way guys. Snippy emails will lead to a review like this one. I’ll let karma handle it from here. Still open to the phone call if you would like to clear the air. I’ll let others judge:(here’s the email) The majority of agents put in a domain name within 15minutes, the ones who dont, get an email 24 hours later if we do not have a domain yet. And after 3 years of doing that you are the first person who got upset about us reminding someone about the service they just signed up for. Sorry for wanting to make sure our sign ups actually use what they signed up for instead of forgetting about it and then being billed for something they forgot about. Just got your email you sent in — saying you do not understand what i was saying — maybe you should have said that to begin with instead of jumping down my throat. And saying we are a horrible company and you are going to tell all your friends about your terrible experience and blah blah blah simply because you do not understand the process(which is a very common process at that) is childish. For the 3rd time now and what caused this entire mess, the mess that makes it so you think we are horrible, rude, and made you cry. if you are not sure how to edit DNS then you could call your domain register to have them edit it or supply us with the login info so we can edit it — there is no other way to say this and if you think we are rude because we said that then we are not a good fit at all. THATISNOTRUDE! Again, we are sorry for making sure our users actually use what they sign up for. And i just got your other email requesting a phone call — no i will not call you. You do not have an account with us, i told you i cancelled it. So you would need a sales call and we do not have a sales team, we do not need one because we get so many referrals because our support is so awesome! As a matter of fact, you where referred to us. Just got your other email about 24 hours not being long enough — no i did not get your account confused with someone else, again, you are the first person in 3 years that has had an issue with this so again, we are not a good fit and again, sorry for wanting our users to use what they sign up for hence the reminder email 24 hours later. All of this because we simply reminded you about a service you signed up for — ridiculous Eric
