Good place if you live in the area. It’s best to deal with them through mailing and calling in as its always packed with people. Make sure you get all your stuff with you that they request or you’re have to fax or mail a copy in. Looks like they are getting more efficient as they are mostly paperless kinda like kaiser.

I hate this place with a passion. Gotta love the irony of ppl doing county or social work, and yet they hate to deal with ppl or even be curtious.
My advice if you have any dealings with this building. See if you can handle it by mail, or else you’ll be wasting the good half of your day.
