My experience with Alex /​JABS was excellent. I’m a professional builder, and Alex built for me a new pool & jacuzzi exactly to my architect’s design. I was so satisfied with the quality of his work and his price, that I hired him to do all the concrete work /​hardscaping on the rest of the project, which included pavers, retaining walls, driveway, and sidewalk. As is the case with any trade, there were minor issues that came up, but Alex always addressed them in a timely manner. I am surprised to see the other negative reviews. I know that Alex is extremely busy, but to me that is a sign of a tradesman than is in high demand. I am currently building three more houses, and am planning on using Alex to build my pools there.

Worst I have ever done…
Even though Georgina (owner/​bookkeeper) is very nice the workmanship and professionalism is sup-​par.
Service and timing is horrible and now Jabs is holding up cover pro to finish the install since a few items still need to be corrected prior (by Jabs).
Pool started in February (for summer) and is still (Nov) going on…
And now Jabs (Alex & Georgina) are nowhere to be found — unbelievable…
Do NOT hire them unless you want the same bad experience.
