I would give this location zero stars if I could. This location does delivery and it should NOT be doing this. Orders are always wrong, incomplete, and poorly made. The first time we called Jersey Mikes to notify about the incomplete order, we were told to pick it up ourselves at the store(even though we had already paid the delivery fee). The second time they messed up our order we called again and were told that they are too busy to help us. If your store is incapable of correctly completing a lunch order, you should definitely not be offering a delivery service. I guess we should have learned our lesson the first time, but we will definitely not be ordering our office lunches from this location anymore.

I’ve reviewed this location in the past and every time I come here it lives up to my original review. Yesterday I stopped in to pick up a sandwich and mixed it up, getting an Italian sub, instead of my usual turkey. The owner of the location happened to be helping prepare my sub and I immediately understood why the staff here are so awesome. If he’s part of the hiring, then he knows what he’s doing. Mia, another awesome Jersey Mike’r helped me at the register. Overall this location is a harmonious mix of great food and great service.

Went for the first time. Service was great! The staff smiled and treated us great. Food was good, not impressed, nothing different than a regular sandwich but much better than subway.

I LOVE this location! I always order a giant super sub on wheat and the workers here are always accommodating and very friendly! The store was busy, but the service was great and I love the sandwiches because their ingredients are fresh and sliced right in front of you!

New Year’s Eve Ordered The Super Sub at closing time. Sandwich was lousy. Bread was stale. No more lettuce. Workers were nice. An hour later, I’m chasing down a toilet. 5 more times that night I’m sick. Can you say FOODPOISONING? Instead of seeing the last Motley Crie show ever, I’m in The Staples Center men’s rooms wiping urine soaked toilets so I can get rid of whatever poison I payed for. I missed half of the concert. I spoke to the owner. I wanted him to reimburse me for half of my ticket. He told me that there was no way that his food got me sick. Nobody else had called. I was pretty sure it was. DON’T EATHERE DON’T EATHERE DON’T EATHERE I am now looking up the number for the Los Angeles County Public Health Department.

This is not a dig at the staff or anything this location did wrong. I just had heard that Jersey Mike’s was amazing and blah blah blah, for a long time and the sandwich was Meh. Its more expensive and takes longer to get than Subway and wasn’t, to me, worth that. The staff is totally nice and the whole meat cutting thing was slightly impressive, I guess. It just seemed gimmicky, I would have rather had Cappriotti’s for the price.

I love this place with all my heart. My favorite subs are the Big Kahuna and Club Supreme. Mikes way is the best way always! The store is always nice and clean and the employees genuinely care about the customers. Dont be shy. Come on in and try a regular sub! You won’t regret it.

All there sandwiches are delicious. Overall my favorite sandwich shop. I think there should be more locations. Way better than subway, they should just take place of all subways:) if you haven’t eaten here before your missin out. And if you are in this area and go to this jersey mikes your are in for a real treat because the staff here are so friendly and fun. Although I no longer live in the area I make sure I stop by for lunch whenever I visit. Thank you to all jersey mikes staff at this location for making delectable gourmet sandwiches and giving me and experience I will never forget! You guys all deserve raises! ;)

This location is really good. The employees are friendly and ready to help you. The sandwiches here are delicious no matter what you get on the menu I’m sure you will like it. I got the tuna sub and I gotta saw it tastes way better than the Subway tuna sandwiches. Pro: Good food and service Con: The prices for the sandwiches are higher than subway but the quality makes up for it. Grade: A

Have been going to subway all my life until my friend introduced me to Jersey Mikes! OMG and my life was changed! BESTSUBEVER! I tried the club sub, with ham, turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, oil vinegar sauce, oregano, and salt and pepper, and it was sooooo good!!! The manager John was amazing! Such good customer service! Love this place!

There were 6 employees &6 customers. Took a long time to order our subs. The employer taking our order had to write it down in his HAND. The subs were ok, not the best. The worst part was a few days later my bank account was $ 4 less than what I should’ve had. I looked at my account & Jersey Mikes charged me an extra $ 4. My receipt did NOT reflect that. I contacted jersey mikes & was told it was because of the $ 4 tip. I told the guy I did NOT leave any tip. He told me that he would talk to the owner, it’s been over a week &NO response. If you want a surprise overcharge & long wait times then by all means this is your place to go. I’m not a fan of Jersey Mike’s, & will NOT be doing business here anymore. Once is enough.

We needed yummy and convenient lunch for a very very long day filming our super low-budget web series, and Jon hooked it up! This was my first time eating Jersey Mike’s and I must say that I’m glad that my first experience was here. We got a variety of cold sandwiches and the meatball and cheese and everything was fresh and flavorful and so much! So much food. We even had enough for post-wrap snacks, hours later and they were still good. I’ll definitely be returning, for future shoots and just for life.

I have to say I am truly disappointed in this place tonight. Brought in my family(that’s 5 of us) and you have 3 workers and no one helped us! Not one of them! The girl was video taping an Asian kid grilling while another boy was watching from the doorway to the back. We stood at the counter for at least! 4 minutes waiting for one of them to help us! THEREWASNOONEIN ThE STORE! Not one single customer besides us. Have no idea who they were grilling not for other than themselves! It was 8pm check your security cameras for verification! So we said I guess no one wants to help us and the girl looks at the Asian bit and makes a snide comment and we just left! We went next door to Panda Express for dinner! They didn’t even try to stop us from leaving! Bad news! Horrible training!

Jersey Mike’s sandwiches are ginormous! They definitely don’t skimp on meat or toppings. I personally like Jimmy John’s better because I like their bread better but Jersey Mike’s is good too. I got the pastrami but was disappointed that they didn’t put any veggies. I went and asked them for some veggies on the side and they gave me some, no problem. Also, on other sandwiches, I feel they over sauce! By the time I get it home, the bread is all soggt and no good. To prevent this, I usually get my sandwiches dry.

Really awesome place, I first tried it years ago but never really went back. Well they donate to a different charity each month and got an email say they selected Operation Gratitude as the charity of the month. 100% of that day’s proceeds went there! I called in a Classic Italian sub«mikes way» and really enjoyed it.

Subway, who? No, no, no. Mike’s way! I tried Jersey Mike’s for the first time last week and I’m a new convert. The first-bite-pleasure rolled my eyes so far up into my head, they got stuck there for a few seconds. The only place in our area that is on a par with a Jersey Mikes is Bay Cities Deli in Santa Monica, but Jersey Mike’s doesn’t have the obscene wait or snobby clientele to deal with and the prices are better. I got the #6, roast beef, «Mike’s way.» Finely shredded lettuce was crisp and nicely chilled, bread was crusty, soft, roast beef cooked onsite, the oil and vinegar recipe was delicious. I will be a regular for sure. A «regular» size filled me up although the«giant» was terribly tempting. Go try it. You’re welcome!

Just had my first Jersey Mike’s” sub, but it won’t be the last. This was the best«Sub» I’ve had in years. I think I had the Jersey Shore done«Mike’s Way.» I’m looking forward to my next one.

Wow this place is slow. I waited for my two sandwiches for 20 minutes then thats after they realized they forgot about me and my order of which i paid for. They then proceeded to ask me if i paid for them already. Thats how long i waited. There were only 3 people in front of me and maybe only 5 sandwiches amongst those 3 people. Its not like i had to wait behind the mid day lunch rush. I have tried another jersey mikes on wilshire blvd. I have come to the conclusion that their sandwiches in general are overpriced and small for the price as well. But the fact that they forgot about me and my order then had the nerve to ask me if i paid for them already really upset me. I was hoping this place would work out for me as i live down the street.

Just went to this location for lunch and it was very good. Fresh ingredients and fresh bread also. The staff is SUPER friendly. Some Jersey Mikes locations aren’t as good as others, but this one appears to be top notch. One other thing I like about this spot is the fact that there is abundant free parking in a secured lot without one of those idiotic self pay machines. Jersey Mikes has hot and cold sandwiches and also a nice selection of Tasty Cakes. It’s nice to see mid city finally get a quality sandwich franchise.

It’s about time I gave Jersey Mike a try! I been hearing nothing but great things about this sandwich shop and today was that special day! I’m diggin the look and feel of this shop; the interior décor is fun with the subtle beach and surf theme. Okay, the only not subtle thing is the huge surfboard hanging on the wall but other than that… its a chillaxin’ kind of feel I get. Ok now about the food. This is no subway folks… this is a gourmet sandwich place and I get to see it made fresh before my eyes. I“m talking seeing the slices of both cheese and meat cut and assembled before my eyes! Here’s what I had: THEORIGINALITALIAN — $ 8.25(Reg 7″) Provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni My choice of bread was a fresh whole wheat cut in half. John prepared my sandwich and its such a craft! I see him grab the huge hunk of Provolone, and have it sliced though the cutter, and gracefully laid out on the bread… he repeats this with the ham, then prosciuttini, which is super tasty with the black pepper on it… then cappacuilo(yum), and salami(my favorite) and last but not least… pepperoni! Every single cold cut was yummy. He then laid a handful of shredded lettuces and some perfectly sliced tomatoes. Now here’s the entertaining part: It started to rain olive oils and then the«juice»(red wine, olive oil, and vinegar). At was I was intimidated with the amount but you know what… everything has its reasons. John then cuts the sandwich in half, wraps it up and places in a long brown paper bag where he twists it closes at the end. I love it! I love how my sandwich looks like a bagged bottle of wine, hehe! Gosh I“m a sucker for these things. This sandwich was so tasty. I was afraid it would be overwhelming but it wasn’t! I needed a fork though because of all the shredded lettuce! Its like I was having a salad with my sandwich! All the liquids(juice and oils) brought the sandwich together so well. I really enjoyed the sandwich and was only able to finish half… its a huge sandwich and I couldn’t shove the whole thing in my face! At least dinner is provided for, hehe. Thanks John for my sandwich and thanks Jersey Mike for a wonderful first time experience! I’m definitely coming back to try other sandwiches!
