Kenneth Cole

Not normally a Kenneth Cole customer, but I found a pair of shoes with Becky’s help that I loved.
You can tell that she knows everything there is to know about shoes. She and the store manager were very accommodating later, when I needed to do an exchange. This kind of customer service is rare and should be acknowledged.
Thank you guys, I’m a customer for life.

This boutique is interesting because it’s more just accessories than anything. There are a few clothing pieces scattered throughout but not a whole lot in terms of selection. And no indication of different sizing options available.
I can’t give Kenneth Cole two stars. I’ve been a fan of this line for 15+ years and love everything I own. And if I was in need of a new pair of shoes or purse I would have been in heaven. There is a backpack I have my eye on though.
I think — from the little research I’ve done — a percentage of every purchase is given to charity. Haven’t verified for sure or how much, but it is called the Give Back Boutique and Mr. KC is known for supporting great causes.

I’ve been shopping at Kenneth Cole for years now and the manager there always helps me. There have been many times my size has been sold out but she locates it for me. She has made me a loyal customer. Thank you chastity! You’re the best. And great fashion advice too.

The staff are very helpful and outgoing– especially Joyce and both Davids. I walked out with a very cool vest and plan on going back to try on these great pants later (we didn’t have the time). I’ve been there a few times with my love and I always find something great!

I love Kenneth Cole. Well, I should say I love Kenneth Cole bags and wallets. I never much pay attention to the clothes although I do need to give the shoes another one over. The verdict is still out on those.
I went into the store with the intention of purchasing a few Christmas gifts for the sisters. I wound up also buying my own Christmas gift: a tote bag. LOVE IT. As a matter of fact, I will most likely go back and get myself a wallet as well. I love the citrus colored phone wallet. Big enough to fit an iPhone (which my sisters have) but not big enough to fit the Galaxy Note 2 (which I have). Still, I want it.
Sales lady was very nice. Very attentive and eager to help. I understand these sales people are on commission and I appreciate the effort they put into their work and I also appreciate them backing off when I need time to think and make decisions. My sales lady was very helpful without being intrusive. Sometimes it can be a fine line.
I still love my purse. My sisters better love their wallets come Christmas when they open the gifts.
A few days later I was online and for some odd reason I went to the Kenneth Cole website and low and behold I saw yet another purse that I just had to have AND it was half off! I couldn’t believe it. So I purchased it and am anxiously awaiting it’s arrival. I guess the sale must have sparked a lot of interest because the next day I went back online and the item was no longer available. WHEW… sometimes irrational purchases are actually beneficial. I would have been pissed if I did the responsible thing and took a day to rationalize if I really needed yet another purse. The answer is YES OF COURSE… when in doubt the answer is always YES!
I just got an online discount deal on 20% off of my next purchase online or in the store… guess I’ll be getting that wallet after all.

The employees here are nice, which at the Beverly Center, is the exception and not the rule. The store is clean and neat and well laid-​out, and the merchandise is classic Kenneth Cole.
Both employees checked in on us enough but not too much, informed us about the sale, and one was very engaging as we looked at the watch selections. I bought a pair of jeans there on sale ($ 28, boo-​yah) that fit wonderfully, which at 6’6 is hella rare.
Very happy with this store and my purchase today. Four instead of five stars because good sales like this are far too rare here.

Kenneth Cole is an awesome brand, no doubt. I mean, I used to work for the company for a year, and one thing I do know is that they are all about customer service. This store on the other hand, was not. I have to admit, I looked like crap when I entered the store, and I’m pretty sure because of that I was not even greeted or approached at all. Now I was trained to welcome and assist everyone in the store, despite appearances, but I’m sure the sales associates were just thinking about their commision when they saw me. As for the store itself, it’s great. It’s merchandised well and it looks exactly the way it should.

This Kenneth Cole store is probably the best out of the ones I’ve been to in the LA area. I always stop in here to see what’s new when I’m at the Beverly Center. The staff is always helpful and friendly and they have a pretty large selection, but not as large as the San Francisco and Las Vegas Kenneth Cole stores. Stuff is always on sale here, which is always good.

Christmas shopping always seems like a good plan, bu once you actually hit the mall, you often find yourself wondering what kind of masochistic asshole you really are.
That was the case this Christmas, when I decided to hit up the Beverly Center in search of a few special gifts.
As I wandered the creepiestluxurymalleverbuilt, I found myself drawn to the Kenneth Cole store. I’d never been in, and I figured it was worth a try

This Kenneth Cole store blew my mind. Great quality items, and amazingly helpful and friendly staff. They never tried to pressure me into anything. My sales chica spent about 45 minutes finding exactly what I wanted. I was so impressed, I even voluntarily filled out a contact card disguised as a contest entry form for them. Hey, I figure I can take an email with a good coupon if it means the chance at winning 25k for charity.
Bottom line: I left with a well packaged gift and a smile on my face. Thanks KC, for making the holidays just a little easier.
