KFC

I am not given to writing reviews of restaurants and this is my first review. Today I visited this restaurant to buy two meals for an elderly and a sick relative. They had advertised in the window, a two piece meal with steam vegetables and mashed potatoes. The sign also says that they do not offer substitutions on the menu items. This was the exact item that I wanted, but the one dilemma I faced was that one of the persons I was buying for avoid mash potatoes because of kidney disease. I decided to ask the cashier for a substitution to accommodate the sick relative. When he refused, I asked to speak to the manager. Instead the manager told me that though he could accommodate me on this one occasion, they would not do so another time. I cannot understand why KFC has to adhere to a strict policy whereby they cannot accommodate sick people who out of good reason cannot eat certain menu items and are caught up asking for things that they can eat instead. It seems so difficult for a customer to run the gauntlet to ask for the small things that make going to a restaurant pleasurable. KFC is sadly in need of a more diplomatic way to solve customers requests that are reasonable.

This place served me cold food ugh. The customer service was horrible. And it looks dirty. They need to close down. Just nasty all around. No stars for this place.

You know I have an a Kentucky fried chicken in over two years, now I know why went to this location on Manchester they were slow and rude, spent over $ 35 asked if all my food was in the bag got a thumbs up from the manager Kaitlyn, so when I got home guess what, they gave me honey for the biscuits that was not in the bag, had a piece 8 only got six. Call the location they put me on hold for over 20 minutes, call back and they took the phone off the hook because the phone lines is busy, well guess I won’t be going back and I suggest nobody else go to this location either.

Literally NEVER coming back here !
They have a promo going on called the 5 $ fill up, I went to another KFC the other day and had been wanting it since that day. Okay so i pull-​up to the drive thru and said my order the employee kept asking me what I wanted after telling him about 5 times. I ordered a 2 piece came with potato wedges and a biscuit. The chicken was so nasty and taste like they had it sitting out all day my thigh wasn’t even hot but the leg was, my biscuit was dry as hell, and the potato wedges were the worst they taste so old and hard like a stale taste. Then they gave me a Dr. Pepper in which taste horrible and watered down. Watered down soda? Are you kidding me ! So I asked for a Mountain Dew instead and it was just as bad didn’t even drink it. Proceeded to ask for hot sauce and honey but the employee act like he didn’t hear me so I waited and he gave it to me with an attitude just awful never coming back here again I’d rather drive to Hawthorne where the chicken was hot and fresh.

This KFC never has any pot pies ready. The customer service is horrible and I’d rather drive way to inglewood before I eat from this restaurant and it is two blocks away.

IF I COULD RATE THIS PLACE A ZERO I WOULD THEY HAD ME WAITING about 5 minutes in the drive for order number 1(popcorn chicken) I guess they were barely cooking it. When I finally get it im driving back home take a bite and the popcorn chicken is raw from the middle!!! can even still see the pink then I take it back and all the ghetto black girls in the back start yelling «it ain’t raw Id eat it «and then keep yelling and yelling talking shit about it !! Then they didn’t want to give me money back and the manager and another lady told them to BEQUIET they didn’t listen the manager seemed scared of those ghetto workers they got back there cooking your food ! I’m definitely going to call the better BUISNESS burial first thing in the morning it’s sad how a famous restaurant can have such ghetto and disrespectful worker and have a manager THATS scared of them because they won’t even listen to him. The irony.

When you have a start and ending time your customers know when you opened and closed! So
If you display that your place of business close at 10:30pm I expect you to still take my order at 10:10pm. I pulled up to your drive thru and lights were still on, but no one answered… So I drove up to your window just to be waved off to say that your closed… 10:30pm is 10:30pm and not a minute before!!! Bad Business

My son wanted something from here, the only good thing about coming here was that the AC was nice and cool inside, and one other thing is KFC cold slaw which I think is so good Its been tasting the same for year I need to find out where they purchase it from, the chicken was just so. so, this place is somewhere I will never return back here, the floor was so dirty, there was trash on the floor, tables has not been cleaned, kids running around like crazy,.

Do I find it detrimental to have ANOTHER fast-​food place that offers fried chicken in the neighbirhood? Yeah.
Do I find it weird that most of all fast food accepts EBT in the hood? Hell yeah. I don’t need my tax dollars feeding an over-​weight kid who clearly should not be here.
Aside from that, service is quick and easy. The bullet-​proof glass helps me feel like I shouldn’t try robbing this place.
