I’m familiar with most all of the brands that they carry so I’m not really expecting quality or much comfort. They have a nearby warehouse, so if they don’t have a size you’re looking for they can call the warehouse and have it to you in a matter of several minutes.
The store itself is a little cramped on weekends, but figuring that it’s on Santee, it’s not something to complain about. The staff is wonderful. Right when you walk in, they ask you if they can help you and if not, to let them know what you need when you do. One of the things I do love the most, is their efficiency! They’re all equipped with headsets and work pretty quickly.
As for haggling, I wouldn’t suggest it unless you buy more than one pair of shoes. Their prices are already pretty low
