Very disappointing. I’ve been on the quest to find a blueberry muffin that’s impossible in East LA. I expect more from LA Central Bakery than what I received. My «blueberry muffin» didn’t have any berries. How is this possible? Isn’t that supposed to be the main ingredient! I’ve been rip off by many supermarkets before in my quest with little to no blueberries. Your a bakery I expected more! This is your specialty. What happend? I paid more than a grocery and expected more. Won’t be coming here again or ever recommend this so called bakery. Adiós.

Nice clean spacious bakery where you can get an Ojo or other Mexican sweet breads, which seem to be their specialty.

Yum, I had a piece of their«Pan de Muerto» and it was so delicious. I wish this place was closer to work in DTLA. I’d go every morning for some pan. The bread wasn’t real sweet, which I liked, yet it had grounded pieces of cinnamon in it, with sesame seeds sprinkled on top. I would have taken a picture, but I ate it on the bus on my way to work, hehehehehehe.

Not too good. Pan dulce was dry. and so was the bolillo.
