This place is great. It’s independently owned by Carl, who offers fantastic prices and amazing customer service. He has given me a number of solid game recommendations and there is always a nice selection of games. Also, their prices are better than major competitors. I highly recommend stopping by. It’s definitely a pleasure to shop there!

I love the fact that you can try games out, play them before you buy them. There is also some 8 player super smash brothers games going on here.
The owner, Carl, is super friendly and patient while you make your purchase decision. Also check out their used selection of other electronics. Great stuff!

This place is great! Large selection of new and used games plus stations for playing in the store. The owner Carl is a great guy, very nice and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend LA Entertainment Exchange!

The LA Entertainment Exchange is a great small video game business providing excellent service and great prices. Carl is very knowledgeable and spends a lot of time with customers. You can try games and consoles before you buy and also pay to play by the hour arcade style. The LAEE pays more for trade in games and trade in consoles than stores like GameStop. They also sell other electronics. In summary, the combination of service, price, trade in prices and a true small business experience… makes this the best destination for gaming in LA…

If you’re looking to sell your used games, don’t go anywhere else. GO HERE. I’m really glad I found this place before selling mine to the big chain game stores. Carl was very nice and helpful, and gave me an option to get cash back or get more if I chose to put it towards store credit. Five stars because I didn’t feel like I got robbed for the games I sold and because I support local small businesses with good customer service. Will definitely be coming here again.

A good local console shop. BRAND NEW In the neighborhood and alot closer then the retail shops like gamestop. The owner Carl is a nice guy and very knowledgeable of his products. LAEEX beats other competitors prices.
Better costumer service then gamestop and prices are alot better.
