I was highly disrespected by the manager in this office she claimed that I was a liar and laughed at my problems when I was leaving out of the door I feel sad and I’m in a lot of pain my dr referred me here to get my meds and they refuse to give me my meds that I need and have been taking i wish I knew what to do

This is the worst front desk expierience i ever had. The receptionist Gabby (gabriela) is rude, condecending, unprofessional and treats people like children. The problem started when unexpected charges were adressed. On the last visit she said that was all we had to pay but today on the next visit she comes out that there is a huge remaining balance. All she said was to us take it up with the insurance comapany and she wasnt willing to help. The rest of the staff on this facility are great. She is the only bad apple from the tree and should be either removed from her position or retrained.

Sometimes you have to wait a bit, the upside is that they’re flexible when you’re late too, I was late once due to another appt.
Dr. Minor is a great Dr, careful about your health but encourages you to do what’s necessary so you don’t lose any of the quality of your life. Decent person, which isn’t always true of Doctors.
The front receptionist was always above avg for a dr’s office, perceptive, smart and considerate.
I didn’t get to see the other doctors and physical therapists but I’d overhear a funny joke sometimes so I’m assuming they’re fun with an on-​par skill set.
Had to go to Kaiser for cost considerations but I wouldn’t have left otherwise.

Dr. Minor is amazing! Gentleman, considerate, and incredibly kind. He truly wants the best outcome for every patient. He has been my pain specialist for 9 years. I used to travel 150 miles a month to see him. He does procedures at Good Samaritan that other doctors don’t, for pain control. Some people earn their angle wings before they go to heaven, and Jorge Minor, MD is one of them.
