La Pizza Loca

If I could give no stars I would!!! This pizza loca is ghetto! The workers are so rude! Also the manager Jeanette is a dumb ass she is unorganized! I ordered the pizza at 10am to be at my daughter’s school by 1230pm I called around 1245 to see what the problem was and Jeanette said that as soon as the driver got there my order was next! 1pm came nothing I called again and she said they’re really busy and driver us not there yet I asked her why she didn’t call me and ask me to pick up instead and she stated she was too busy to call me! That’s bull then the driver gets there at 1:25 school is out at 130! My daughter’s little pizza party ruined and they had the nerve to still charge me for the cold pizza!!! I sent that crap right back with driver! Then I called Jeanette telling her that I wasn’t going to pay for pizza that was an hour late and cold and she said“well I can’t give it to u for free” bad customer service!!! Then my money wasn’t even put back in my card yet bank said I have to give them 15 days! I called back later on to speak to person above Jeanette «Arturo» and he was too busy to take my call the worker said «who is this anyway» I’m a customer with a complaint! Then she said «Oh well he’s busy» who does that??? Never again!!! I do not recommend this pizza loca!

I like ordering from la pizza loca because i can use my paypal to order the food. I usually get the cheese sticks and the large pizza.

I Give 1 Star, Because I Can’t give Less, I order a Pizza Today, They Told me it was going to take 45 minutes for the Delivery… It Was already 1 hour and 15 minutes, and I called back to see what was going on with the pizza a Lady over the phone put me on hold to call the Driver, then she told me it was getting here at any minute… I waited for another 10 –15 minutes and still PIZZA wasn’t Here; WTF!!! I CALLED BACK and I asked for the manager and the Girl told me that Manager wasn’t there at the moment, and that she was the Assistant Manager so I asked her what was going on, that she had told me it was going to take 45 minutes for the Delivery and it was already 1 hour and 30 minutes; and she told me that she was sorry about it and she asked me if I Want a Discount on Next time I order something But i told her that I didn’t Discount or anything free…“I just wanted a Pizza and enjoy it” and this was too much, she told me they got busy and only have 1 Driver; So I told her why she told me 45 minutes, she said because they were not that busy when I call… But hour and half waiting for it and nothing… by away I Didn’t cancel it, AND NEVER GOT THE DELIVERY (PIZZA AND CHICKEN WINGS) I WOULD NEVER ORDER A DELIVERY AGAIN FROM THIS PLACE!!! TERRIBLE

Bombbb! Just got our gigante! Just didnt really like the ladies on the phone asked for my order twice and put me on hold for a while. Bright side driver was very nice!

Recently came here to pick up a quick $ 5 pizza. I handed the cashier a $ 10 dollar bill and she said she couldn’t take it cause it was old, ripped and crumpled up. And the manager didn’t like those bills cause the bank would not accept them at deposit! I said you have to be kidding. Yes, the bill was worn out and had the common wear and tear but you could tell it was still usable. She told me to give her another bill or go to the near by bank to get a newer bill. I was mad! I asked her how was I going to go to the bank to exchange the bill if they couldn’t? She stood quite. Then she told me to pay or to leave. I asked to speak with the manager and how convenient that she said she was not there that day. I walked out. I then went to another location of Pizza Loca on San Pedro and WOW they accepted my bill. I told them what happened at the Gage location and they just gave me that WTF look.
Yeah if you don’t have new crisp bills — DONT GO TO THE GAGE LOCATION!

I recommend you order by phone and pick it up in person so you’ll have your pizza asap and save the charge for delivery.
This location is notorious for long lines and late-​night service but eventually you’ll get through so the next time you’re craving some pizza and you’re cheap, you know where to go.
