Parking is pretty horrible and by pretty horrible I mean cross your fingers and circle the block a few times. There always seems to be kids running around which isn’t too bad but they do run quite wild and always somehow find a ball to throw. I had an economy washer taken from me with clothes in my hand as I stand in front of the washer to put in. Instant ghetto classification and I’d never go there again.

I don’t get fluff and fold very often because it’s always more pricey than doing my laundry myself, but occasionally I get fed up and splurge for fluff and fold service. Most of the workers here don’t speak much English, so it’s useful if you have some rudimentary knowledge of Spanish in case the two of you cannot understand each other. Other than that, they did a good job with my clothes, folded them neatly, and even paired my socks. I was pretty pleased. They say 3 hours on their site, but they were very busy since it was a Sunday and I had a LOT of laundry for them. They promised 9PM and it was ready when promised. The attendant loaded the bags into a cart for me and was very polite. I’m pretty satisfied with the service.

So I needed to find a new fluff and fold because someone has bought my old one and they are revamping it. I don’t always use the fluff and fold but once again my washer had broke. So I called this place and I wanted to confirm the Unilocal deal of 99 cent per lbs. When I called the man on the other end answered the phone with a «Yeah». I was confused. did I call the right place? He then informed me that the Unilocal promo has expired and he has called Unilocal several times to get it fixed. So the price is 1.25 per lbs. I use to pay 75 cents at my old place but I didn’t have alot of time to shop around that day. As I got to the«free parking» which is like 4 spots I ended up parking right next to the laundromat on the street. As I got out of my car I found broken glass EVERYWHERE, in the street on the side walk along with trash… it was unsafe and gross. Then I went in to laundromat and waited for like 5 min for anyone to come to the front. They asked me to write my name and number on the receipt. I asked the man(who spoke very little English) to weigh my laundry he tells me they only weight it after its washed. Then I asked him to write down how many bags I brought he said they don’t do that either. So my receipt has only my name and number on it nothing else. I asked my husband to pick up the fluff and fold but he called me to tell me he couldn’t because their company info wasn’t even on the receipt. The folding job was not up to par and they matched my socks with gray and white together. I had special instruction about my baby clothes which they did not follow. Don’t come here they rip you off and they are a total joke!

The best part is the price $ 1 a load Parking is in the back and small and people will block you in if they have to so that’s the only complaint I have, but if you’re dropping off or picking up feel free to block people in or have someone drive you up there. Drop off and pick up was quick and easy so I was only there for a few minutes each time.

Fluff and fold OK. But if you are a woman, make sure you have one of the women there do your laundry. That’s all I’m going to say! My friend took down her review because she didn’t think the«owner» she spoke to was professional when voicing her concerns. Anyway, after quick drive around downtown/koreatown we ended up finding another laundrymat that’s run by two sweet older ladies. Yay! Offering the same price for Fluff and fold :^) The deals are out there people!

Just got back my first load of fluff and fold from this place and they did a great job! Parking in the back is tight and people will park and block you in if they have to so that’s annoying but if you are dropping off or picking up I suggest you park in front since that’s where the service desk is and putting your emergency lights on. Drop off and pick up was quick and easy so I was only there for a few minutes each time. The best part was the price! $ 1/load :) 5 stars if they start offering pick-up and drop-off service at home. Yay, clean laundry and no work! Does someone want to come put it away for me now? lol
