Worst. Live right down the street so i wanted to give this place a shot– and wow what a mistake
The messed up on a simple fade, now have a bald spot on my head
Immediately regret coming here and booked my usual spot right after i left

I’ve been looking for a place that I could call my go-​to barber. I found that place through different reviews on Unilocal and decided to give it a try.
It is a great place to get your haircut done. Mr. Leon is a great and friendly barber. He will get your haircut done in a short amount of time. Walk-​ins are welcome which is always appreciated and pricing is good.
I never had to wait more than 5 minutes in busy times and there are plenty of street parking in front of the shop.
I would recommend it to anyone in the West LA area.

I found Leon’s Barber Shop while wandering around the neighborhood waiting on an oil change. I just needed the back of my fade straightened out, and it took less than 5 minutes.
I realized just as he was beginning to cut my hair that I only had $ 5 cash on me, and he said they didn’t take credit cards but I could come back with the money later. When the cut was done, I asked how much it was so I could come back with the cash, but he refused to take my money, even the $ 5 I had on me. I asked again, and again he said not to worry about it. I thanked him and left what cash I had on the counter.
To top it off, the cut was great and the guys in the shop didn’t even react to my unconventional haircut.
I would definitely go back, if for no other reason than to repay their kindness.
