They have delicious Lomi(did I spell that right?). But I’m not a fan of the adobo, it was too sweet for me.

Not the best first impression to be honest. I thought I should check the small restaurant out after passing by it couple of times, so I went inside and i ordered a one side plate. I asked what kind of chicken they had and she said only spicy, I really wasn’t in the mood for spicy food so I asked what other type of chicken they had and she said that’s the only one. I was kinda disappointed but I just let it go. Then I asked for a side of chow mein and the lady just said«No more today…» it was like 2:30 and they stopped making it already, i was upset at that point. Then I was gonna use my debit card to pay and she told me that i have to make minimum purchase of $ 10. My total was like $ 4.35 -.- I was mad! Why the would you do that when ur prices are so low I seriously didn’t even wanna pay anymore, I was gonna cancel my order cuz i was so mad, but then another lady came out and said i didn’t hve to buy any else but they will charge $ 0.50 for using the card and so I agreed with that.

Craving Filipino Panset(noodles)? Well this is the place to go to in Glassell park… next door to eagle rock… They have Miki Bihon(fat and thin noodles). Served fresh to your order. They have 2 or 3 types of Panset. They also serve pretty good Filipino fast food. Try their Denuguan(pork with pigs blood) I know it sounds nasty but it’s really good served over puto bread and or white Rice.

Tried this place thinking it was going to be good maybe great but nope. This place isn’t it for me. Walked in and wanted pancit but its special order only and its 5.50 in a large Chinese Box. Went with their 2 item combo and asked for fried rice, adobo(pork) and chicharron(crispy pork) plus a pork steam bun. The rice was ok. Adobo was okay but not great. Chicharron was fatty, yes its pork but cut the fat! Pork Steam Bun was great in my opinion. Went back today and ordered the pancit but mixed, thick and thin noodle. For one it’s okay, but they need to offer more lemon. The meat inside was not plenty, two shrimps with the tails still on and maybe four pieces of beef. Maybe I will return but for now they will get my pancit fix.

Best place to get gaw gaw maki. Would be nice if they opened on Sundays. The rest of their menu items is very good as well.

I highly recommend this Filipino fast food spot! Found it randomly looking for a place to grab a quick lunch, and I enjoyed it! Food tastes authentic, and portions are sizeable. I chose a combo with fried rice, pork with cripy skin, and green been veggies in a sweet curry sauce. Seating is limited, but the service is offered with a smile… will come back next time as well!

I have high expectations for my Filipino food. I don’t really eat any of those a la carte things, but order Miki Bihon. It’s freshly made and so bomb. Get the Ginataan & Turon too! This is probably the only Filipino restaurant I trust in all of LA.

I love ordering food from this place. The food is super good and the people are really nice. Many Filipino places are rude to you when they see that you are younger then they are but little ongpin is different. The pancit Mickey bihon is awesome, their veggie egg rolls are super thick and delish, and there shanghai egg rolls are super good as well. Their prices are so reasonable it’s not even funny. I love this place! Enjoy!

One Word: Dinuguan This place has the best dinuguan; I use to hate it growing up, but after eating it here, I was totally sold. The other foods they cook also look pretty damn good — actually looks just as good as home made cooking. Definitely will start coming here for Filipino food more often.

I was pleased at the small and presentable selection of quality dishes, making my order very easy. I got lucky to come on Monday, the only day that Bikol Express is served, because that is a regional dish rare to find and oh so appetizing from first sight to last bite. The Filipino-Chinese fusion shines through with the option of half and half(garlic fried rice & Chow Mein) and their duck adobo! A variety of pancit is made to order, and quickly at that. This place definitely ranks high on my favorite point-point joints. Worthy of bringing home a bunch of food to my family all the way to West LA where Filipino restaurants are nowhere to be found!

It’s a very good place to get«pancit» for to go! They are flexible with your orders, if you’re allergic to shrimp then they can cook a pancit without it. Less soy sauce, less sodium, no gulay, gulay only, chicken only, whatever you wish they can modify! The miki bihon is their best seller! I love it because they don’t add patis on their pancit. I am from Lucena, Quezon and there’s a famous pancit there called«Balibag», you can order that too, they know how to make it!!! It’s just like miki that is sweeter! My favorite is their sisig, it’s not sizzling though but it’s awesome, it only comes tuesdays and fridays I think. I like it because it’s a regular pork meat, unlike other restaurants that use pig’s head or internal organs. My second favorite is Hamunado. I love sweet filipino food, it makes me eat more rice! They do have Maki-Mi too! It’s a rare dish only chinese-filipino people mostly know! I love eating Maki-mi whenever I have sore throat coz it has lots of ginger. The Lomi is one of the best too because the noodles isn’t saggy. If you’re to order Lomi, eat it there so you’ll taste the best of it. If you leave it for a while before you eat it, i think the noodles will become overcooked. This is a place to go to if you have like small to huge gathering because they do cater. They have shanghai’s for order too. Whenever we have party, we get our food from here. I like it because the owner is the one who cooks most of the dishes so I believe that the quality is maintained to a high level. Geez, i think I almost tried everything on their menu.

If you’re craving for dinuguan, this is the place to go! Add puto and you’re good to go! I also tried their Maki gaw gaw, it reminded me of Chinatown Estero in the Philippines. Yummy! Removed one star coz the sinangag(fried rice) was kinda old already. It was a bit crispy and oily already. Oh well.

This is my little go-to spot in Eagle Rock when I am craving some good home cooked pancit. I love that they are good at making it to my specs for my salt restricted diet. I order the Bihon with«Less Salt, Less Soy Sauce, no Shrimp» and they are always spot on without losing flavor. The price point is great for my tight budget and leaves me room to have one of their SioPaos while waiting for my order to cook. They share a big parking lot with a strip mall, which can get mad crazy on weekends, but on weekdays, it’s easy peazey.

I’ve always come here for lunch and after all the experimenting I’ve done choosing from their buffet choices, I found my favorites: Beef Steak and Mongo Beans, I can never get tired off. Servers are friendly, Prices good and they do have a few tables and seating in case you can’t wait to go home and eat!

Filipino fast-food joint. Honestly, 2 things here are worth 5 stars: sisig & asado siopao. HOWEVER, their«sisig schedule» is never on point. It’s actually the BF that loves it, and every afternoon we get off early, they’re already sold out. Just once in the past 3 months have we actually been able to catch it — and it was when we had a half-day. They only make a small tray, which is absurd because they know its one of their #1 items. So, minus a star for that. Ginataan isn’t too bad either. I’m not fond of their other food selections. I’ve tried getting other combos when sisig has been a fail, and nothing really tastes super delicious. So, negative another star for no other good selections. Staff is always nice though, and we’ve done catering orders that aren’t too bad. Pancit is okay, but nothing to rave about.

After skipping breakfast(due to teeth cleaning appt) I was starving. My aunt and MIL recommended this spot known for it’s freshness, it’s popularity in the homeland and it’s bihon. This small spot accommodating what looked like less than a dozen diners was going through a cosmetic make-over, new paint and trim on their walls. Their air conditioning needed some help from their industrial fan blowiing in the dining room. Service was super friendly, prices reasonable and food made fairly fresh. However my MIL pointed out her steamed rice was too wet for her liking. Food is made relatively quickly and in small batches; keeping the overhead low, consumer prices budget friendly and no food is wasted.
