One of my favorite Mexican restaurant because the food is really good. The cashiers are also very nice. They have one big tv for everyone to watch and the glass windows open up to a nice view of the neighborhood

The first time I came here over 2 years ago and the tacos were delicious! Then I came back for the nachos this year and it was nasty. The meat was not fully cooked(still red, not fresh, and tiny portions)! Needless to say, the rest of the nachos were underwhelming. I don’t understand how the restaurant can have a giant nacho advertisement on their roof but not have decent nachos — if you’re going to advertise a specialty, you should have it down. They must’ve gotten a new cook. The service was still good and the venue is a nice environment compared to other restaurants in the area. However, until they get a new cook who knows what they’re doing, I don’t recommend it.

The food is alright, I had the sope plate and everything was pretty bland. The selection of food is also small but don’t forget you can order a burger here too: P the cashier didn’t seem to like me but I think it was just my personality that threw her off(I’m very quiet and speak slowly and she seemed like the type of person who wants to get sh*t done quickly). I only came here because the pupuseria up the street was closed and I have had no urge to come back. There is better Mexican food out there

Came in for the first time tonight and the first thing I noticed was that the place was really clean. I was a little overwhelmed with the menu because all the food looked great. I ended up ordering a little carne Assad fries with sour cream(sour cream was a little extra but it was worth it) and mulitas with Asada and chicken. The service was fast, even though we walked in 20 minutes before closing and still took a while to order. Even after they had closed, 15 minutes later they asked if we still wanted to order. I will definitely return.

Very clean place, even though it’s quiet small. I went during lunch time and it gets crowded. The food is good, I ordered the potato taquitos and a glass bottle Coca Cola. Overall it’s good, average Mexican food. It’s a good place for fast take out Mexican food.

Every piece of food on the menu is magically delicious! From the«little burger!» To the«little burrito». If you are in Lincoln Heights and want some good food head over to Little Rodeo you won’t regret it.

I love calling in my order everytime and they never ever never get it wrong!(Definitely a plus) specially when they are busy… You will usually find me here on friday nights but I sometimes do pick up for lunch! I personally love the asada fries or their burritos my bf’s favorite is always their ½ chicken plate which I think is their specialty!

Food was ok, maybe because I was really hungry. They have a promotion on Unilocal to get a free medium drink with your order. The only thing is it’s not free at all, they only discount $.44 from your order. Overall, visit other places this one is ok.

This has got to be my favorite spot in Lincoln Heights. Best tacos ever. Best green Chile sauce it’s like made from Heaven or something. I always get the six taco carne asada platter, or the cheeseburger combo with Jamaica or my boyfriend get the six taco variety platter. He chooses chicken, carnitas, and Carne aada. We both agree that this place is bomb. We even tried their new California Burrito and it was so offfffff da hook. They also have Carne asada fries but the only thing I would say is please give more guacamole with the items that come with it because it always seems like a small amount other than that it is the best in town stop by. Tell em Karen sent ya lol.

When I ordered the 2 Taco plate I expected a good serving of beans and rice. Instead I got what looked like a tablespoon’s worth. I went back and the manager seemed to understand but said I had in fact been given 4 oz of beans and was giving me an extra serving. I wasn’t convinced. When I got home I pulled out the food scale and I was barely given 2 oz. If the manager hadn’t given me an extra serving I would have scored lower.

This place is not bad at all. The food its quite tasty and not greasy as I expected. I decided to order the pollo asada and I had split the carne asada fries 3 ways with my co-workers. The regular asada fries is a pretty big portion. I think I actually like it better than Alberto’s carne asada fries. It just wasn’t that greasy and the fries were delicious.(Well. maybe they’re head to head at the top). The ½ pollo asada is a pretty big portion too. Not too heavy. I ate half of the half chicken and was pretty full. The place is located of Broadway in East LA and has a pretty good space for dining. They’re pretty up to date and they take orders over the phone. The only location that takes orders online is their Rodeo Mexican Grill spots off of Sunset and Olympic. You can also tell them you want separate checks so they can prepare that for you ahead of time if you’re ordering to go. Definitely a great place for some Mexican grub in East LA and reasonable prices. I’ll have to come back and try the other items!

I was working in the neighborhood and checked to see what was close by, this place popped up. Everybody talked about their carne asada fries so I decided to try them for myself. The carne asada fries at first glance looked like they were gonna be good but it turns out that the carne asada was super oily, almost like it had been deep fried after it had been cooked. The beans were pretty bland. The cheese was piled high but none of it was melted and everything tasted blah. I was not able to eat more than half. They did have a pretty good tasting salsa for the chips they give you and the place did seem to be cleaned really well. Staff was friendly and attentive but I do not see myself ever coming back, at all.

Clean restaurant, great representation and good quality food. Tried their wet burrito during my first visit. It was decent but nothing to rave about. My bf had their tacos in which he felt the same way. Had a recent visit and my bf tried their ½ chicken. I couldn’t help but compare theirs to Dino’s Chicken plate. Pros: Cooked wonderfully Many options for sides — salad, fries, beans an rice I love their red and green salsa that’s placed on every table They have skinny crunchy fries that my bf adores Cons: The chicken portion was smaller compared to Dino’s Lacked flavor Priced higher than Dino’s I wasn’t fulfilled or satisfied with my overall meal It’s a good, clean restaurant with nice service but it wouldn’t be my TO-GO spot.
