I could tell you that these guys constantly mess up my order. But is it gonna stop you from going? Probably not. Hell, it doesn’t even stop me. I will tell you to double check your orders in the bag’. These guys are SOGENEROUS they always give me mayo even though I don’t ask for it: D. Also, mgmt needs to supply the guy on night shift drive through with some glasses. I just got a spoon when I asked for a fork. I’m legitimately concerned for this man’s safety.

It has been a while since I visited this location, nice to see that they updated the drive thru. Perfectly seasoned cheesy burgers.

Shout out to the guy that was working cashier at the drive-thru today at about 10:20AM! There was a guy in a white Hyundai behind me that was telling me off and threatening to «snatch my hair out» if I didn’t move up all of 4 feet that the car in front of me had moved… SMDH. I looked back at him and yelled«you really think the line is going to move any faster if I move up these couple of feet?!!» while he’s yelling at me… and I asked«are you threatening me?!» and he said«damn right I am!» at which point I took out my phone and started recording this disgruntled asshole. Anyway, I’m in the process of driving up to the cashier window and proceeded to tell the guy there what was happening. I didn’t think he’d care or expect him to fix the situation but I was pretty heated as well… and to my amazement, he assured me to «not worry about it» that he would«talk to the guy» :) I was really surprised! I don’t know what he could’ve done but it was just nice to hear I wasn’t alone at a time when I really did feel threatened

Let me start first by saying if you can get over the Flies inside of the restaurant landing all over your food then this may be the place for you if not, good luck getting a parking space because the drive through is backed out to the street and there’s no way to get to the spaces. And oh yeah if you’re in a hurry don’t plan on leaving if you found a spot for your car because they tried to a block you in for 10 minutes. The service is horrible just like all the other reviews said and they did not even tell me when my food was ready it set up there for 5 minutes before I realized mine was ready. I usually read Unilocal reviews and don’t go when its under it two or three star I was desperate and don’t have a high expectations of McDonalds so I thought it would be okay but this was the absolute worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had in my entire life and trust me I eat a lot of McDonalds!

Hello, Unilocalers. Look at the picture below. Now back to me. NOWBACKTOTHEPICTURE, NOWBACKTOME. Sadly, the picture ISN’T me, but if it STOPPEDBEINGSERVEDATMCDONALD’S ANDWENTSTRAIGHTTOTHETRASHCAN, it could be served at any McDonald’s in the country. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a review with the Unilocaler your burger could have been eaten by. …Did anyone get that Old Spice reference? Anyone? …Anyways, I unabashedly love McDonald’s. I’ll admit it. I don’t really agree with all their business practices, their effect on obesity, and all that jazz, but I have to say that their offerings are delicious. When I go to a McDonald’s, I know what I’m going to get. That said, each branch of the chain varies slightly. McDonald’s has an overall feel, but each location has its own character. It just so happens that this one has just a horrible personality. The service here is pretty… Well, I guess there’s just nothing special about it. I could work with a touch screen and feel the same level of human interaction, because the cashier was just emotionless. I’m sure a lot of it had to do with the fact that my friends and I came at 2 A.M., and I’m willing to give a huge pass because of that, but what happened afterwards is not worthy of any passing grade in any school in any nation on any planet in any galaxy in any universe. Ever. So anyways, back to that picture of THOSEBURGERS(and I guess McChickens). OHMYLORD! Can you believe that they served us – and YES, all 10+ of our burgers came like this – buns with that HUGE, OBVIOUS burnt black spot on top? That’s utterly ridiculous and definitely against company policy, and the complete apathy they indicated by serving us that ludicrous offering of a very standard item – BUNS – is pathetic. I mean, it’s hilarious, but it’s also incredibly sad that they let this kind of thing slide. It’s not like they didn’t see it. They simply DIDNOTCARE. They served it anyways. Look, I love McDonald’s, but I don’t even bother going to this location anymore since I’ve lost all respect for it. It happens to be the most convenient location for me at this point, but I’m more than willing to patronize just about any other McDonald’s this side of the universe. You don’t need Old Spice to see how horrible this McDonald’s is.

This place is always a disaster. You never find out they don’t have something until you’ve paid and get to the pick up area. No I don’t want to pull over and wait I want you to have the things you offer on your menu all the time. The Hispanic workers at this location are so busy talking and being rude to customers it’s ridiculous. Oh and I speak Spanish so when you start talking shit about me because I’m asking you to make the smoothie I ordered I understand you.

I’ve never waited at a fast food place this long in my entire life. I am so disturbed by this experience. I am angry, mad, I can’t even express my frustration. I waited like 25 mins in line. Whhhhhyyy!

My expectations of McDonald’s aren’t high… my expectations of any fast food restaurant aren’t high. It’s fast food after all. But this place has a serious customer service issue. I came here with two friends, and we waited a good 10 min. before anyone offered to take our order at the register. It’s not like they didn’t even see us. There were at least 2 employees who walked past the registers, SAW us, and walked back to whatever they were doing. It was extremely rude. Food came out pretty slow too… and there was literally no one there besides us. I guess we were prioritized WAY behind drive through folks. Oh well, I won’t be back to this location.

After an unbelievably LONG wait at the drive-thru, I drove away only to find out my order was incomplete. You would have thought that they would have had plenty of time to get my order right with how long they made me wait! I then drove around the block and walked-in and they didn’t apologize other than a half hearted«so sorry» and still messed up my order. As I walked out the door, I realized it was still wrong and walked back in to get the last item they forgot and they had the audacity to act annoyed with me! Then, when I got home, my son tells me that his Sprite is actually water! I then call the McDonalds back and they just say sorry and offer nothing! This location, along with their soggy fries, SUCKS!!!

This place seemed like a great idea for a late night food run at 2am. Not much else was open at this hour, and this seemed like the most convenient option since it’s open 24 hours. However, all is not as it seems at this particular McDonalds. The night was filled with nostalgic memories of the McDouble and McChicken(regulars of the value menu). Always there for you when you need a cheap, quick bite. I remember it seemed like just yesterday I walked into McDonalds and could order a McDouble for $ 1.29. They raised it up to $ 1.49 at this one. That was the first strike. Then the cashier seemed like she had the most boring job in the world. Literally the most expressionless McDonalds employee I’ve ever encountered. I couldn’t figure out if she was tired from working or tired of working. After getting our orders,(all three members of our party ordered a number of McChickens and McDoubles), my friend decided to open one up there before we hit the road. To his surprise, a giant black circle was on top of his bun. It seemed like the bun was accidentally charred by something. We all laughed at his misfortune, and then preceded to open our own burgers. To no surprise, they all had the same huge black spot on top of the bun. All 4 of my burgers(plus the 6 or so burgers that my two friends had ordered) had this spot. I mean, I don’t understand how the workers did not notice this problem? It seems like whatever they use to press down the bun onto the burger is burning this huge black spot onto the buns. I just thought it was concerning how the employees had not noticed this, or they were continuing to serve such burgers despite knowing. I don’t know which is worse. Definitely, it did not turn out to be the late-night food run that we had imagined.

A #3 without cheese ain’t that tough, folks. Disappointed. Not only did they try to give me a fish filet combo when I reached the pickup window in the drive-thru, but in the scrum to then actually locate my order, they forgot to give me my drink. Sure, I realized 8 minutes down the road, but I’m not driving an extra 16 minutes to get a Sprite I already paid for. I saved the receipt — maybe I’ll cause a fuss next time I’m nearby … get me that drink I so desperately needed on a long drive with phone calls. But no, don’t pity me, it’s my fault for going to a McD’s. For what it’s worth, the food I got was actually just fine. A quarter pounder without cheese and an order of fries. The drive-thru is 2-lanes and curls behind the building and close, VERY close to a brown wall that has clearly been struck by automobiles before. It’s been painted over a few times to conceal bumper paint, but everything about this place is so wedged into a spot half the size they needed that it hurts. Not my finest experience at a place I didn’t really want to go to in the first place. If I order a NUMBER off your menu, please get it right.

Its absolutely freezing in here– like 35 degrees. A small McDonalds. All outlets have been covered– no phone charging allowed here. A confusing double drive through leads to mishaps and honking. Not a good layout or plan here. I doubt much will be done. If it was mine? Expand restaurant. Knock down one of the drive thrus you only need one. Raise temperature above 40. Unblock outlets. That’s all.

Dear gawd, WHY was the drive-thru built in the way it was? Stupidly, WHY are there two drive-thru’s, but they both merge to pay, to get their food, and to exit onto Wilshire? Also, because of the way the drive-thru was constructed, if anyone is actually parked in the parking spaces, then they have to reverse out into the right-most drive-thru, stay in the lane for at least 20 feet, and then finally drive out into a busy residential street. Not only do you have to get to the McDonald’s drive-thru to deal with stupid traffic that rivals the idiotic 405⁄10 interchange, but you have to exit into traffic(once you get your food) where everyone is already trying to hop onto the 405. I need to do a slow clap because someone seriously won the Darwin award here. Now, I probably had already analyzed all of the above once I realized that the bf decided to make a right-turn into this McDonald’s for the drive-thru. While I was silently screaming in my head that it was idiotic to go through this McDonald’s versus another one in a different city on our road trip, it was too late, it was a done deal, and we proceeded to waste around 15 – 20 minutes of our lives in a drive-thru. I loved the customers that tried to cut in front of us, or that would throw us angry glares as we inched in front of them. I mean, sorry, but we did order first. If you couldn’t figure out what smoothies McDonald’s has, or what flavors they have, then it is not my problem that it took you 8 minutes to complete your order. I’m pretty sure the order takers inside are beating their heads into the fryer for dealing with idiots like you. You can see my Starbuck’s post about pancake people, but there were a SHIT-TON of pancake people in the drive-thru lane. For GAWD’S SAKE, people, this is a drive-thru for FASTFOOD. THISISNOT A «ooo, let us leisurely waste our $ 5 a gallon gas and not make up our freakin’ minds for food that will be cheaper than the amount of gas we’re wasting by waiting in a drive-thru». Yea, I’m irritated. The engineer who constructed the drive-thru needs to be shot, the amount of idiots holding up the line needs to be shot, and, if traffic was a sentient being, then traffic needs to be shot, too. NEVERAGAIN. I will MAKESURE that the bf doesn’t somehow drive through here again.
