The drive thru is the worst here! It’s always so long. They’re slow and they are always getting my orders wrong. But it’s the closest McDonald’s I have so oh well.

This place sucks ass! I’ve been here a couple times and all times were horrible. I went to the drive thru this time and it took like 20 minutes just to get one meal. And there’s always homeless people outside and it makes me super uncomfortable to come back here. Also the blonde that gave me my order looked miserable and was rude. AND WHY DONT YOU GUYS EVER GIVE US KETCHUP? This place needs to be shut down. Just look at your terrible reviews, listen to the customer and improve or just shut down. That’s all.

If i could give this place a zero stars i would. Me and my father went and when u walk in all the employee’s stare at you no one welcomed us and is wasnt even busy like really. Then when its our turn to order the lady side give me a minute and went to talk and laugh with other like wtf. So an older woman help us on oh my god it was horrible first it look like she didnt wanna work there and second it took her 15 min just to input our order take it that we just order a number 4 with coffee and hot chocolate with 3 oatmeal cookies. She had no idea what she was doing. Then we waited i kid u not 20 more minutes. Me and my father where tired of waiting so as soon as we got our order we left then once in the car i checked everything. They forgot out cookies my large hot chocolate was half empty and my dads coffee was pure creamer. So we went back in my dad mad of course so they could get out things right they stared at us like we were stupid and didnt know what we were talking about. At the end of it all with our cups full and everything in order my dad open the cups and told do u see that employee said yes that right there is a big difference. And we just walked out. The employees were just being lazy and didnt want to do anything for instance a guy ask for forks and the employees were bickering on who was going to get them like dude they are right behind you. Over all hated it and waited a good 40minutes for out things

Don’t care about the other reviews. I’m here and the cashier was great with me. Food was fast and hot. Even the bathroom was clean. I’ll keep coming.

I would give zero stars if I could. RUDE DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES. SLOW SERVICE. did I say slow? 25mins for a drive thru??? I’m over McDonalds; period.

They take forever on the drive thur and when they give you your order its ethier cold or they give you the wrong items

Waited 20 minutes on the drive-​through and they still messed up my order. I asked for barbecue dip for my nuggets and they give me ranch is happened multiple times already. Big no no !!! if I wasn’t in the drive through I would of gone else were. No debit or credit ither at night for some reason. Needs improvement :/

Worst customer service EVER. Never going back there again. Waited around 20 mins in the drive thru for 4 cheeseburgers. Employees are careless and rude. They don’t deserve not even one star.

Came to this McDonald’s lame ass service! & they tell me that they ONLY have coffee & pies! & yet even ordering just a coffee they took SOOOOOO long for me to just get it!

Employees here are rude and so is management. I encourage everyone to contact their corporate office. The owner, Robert Arciniaga (Bob) might not even be aware of the non-​sense that goes on here. I waited over 20 minutes for two small coffees, a sausage biscuit and an order of chocolate chip cookies! Then when I get to the window they tell me. «we don’t have cookies right now» can you wait about 10 min? HELL NO!!! The place is always dirty too. I don’t visit this establishment often, but when i do, it’s always bad. I will be contacting the health department as well. There is no excuse for a multi-​million dollar business to operate so poorly.

Waited 20minutes in the drive through just for a small iced coffe :/​slowest service ever. Never again!

Service is super slow waited 20 min just to get a happy meal for my son, if it wasn’t that I was stuck in line I would have left .bad service.

I love this Mc Donalds they always give you full stack of fries, very clean restaurant, friendly staff, clean restroom.

When here to grab something to eat after visiting a friend I havent seen in months. Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru only to findout they dont accept debit/​credit cards. There were no signs posted anywhere to indicate that. The girl working the drive thru could have mentioned that as I was ordering my food. Terrible customer service. Wasted my time sitting there. Headed over to Carl’s Jr across the street and had no problems there. This particular franchise lost my business.

Right around the corner where I stay at. Just hate the fact that sometimes they stop taking debit/​credit cards at a certain time.
