Melrose Water

Let me start off by saying the water here tastes HORRIBLE! I was getting Sparkletts but I wanted to cut costs. I’m paying for it worse now! This place has the Worst customer service ever! I walk in and the lady in charge is so short with other people I just can’t believe how nasty she is. She sold me a leaky water gallon and refused to exchange it! There was water all over my kitchen counter and I had to throw out the rest of the water. I didn’t even want the cost of the water back, all I wanted was a new bottle and I even offered to pay for the water myself. I simply come here for it convenient location, but I’m never coming here again.
Message to the owner: don’t be such a nasty money hungry witch!

This place sucks.
The water is good. I have never had a problem with the water. However, you never know if this place is going to be open or closed, despite the business hours posted on the door. It’s Tuesday afternoon and place is closed even though they open at 9am daily. This can occur on any given day at any time. There is no way to call ahead of time because they don’t answer the phone. Service is so bad you have to contact them in advance (if that were possible) before you go. I need to find a new place bc i am sick of coming to a closed store.

Wonderful water and great customer service! They have a nice variety of sizes and types of water containers to chose from, including glass. Hours can be a little inconsistent, but it’s worth it – just call ahead to make sure they’re open. Oh, and the phone number that’s posted is incorrect. It’s 323.460.4136.
