I’ve been going to Michael John Salon at the Equinox gym for years — way before Equinox took over the building and I have curly, unruly, utterly un reasonable hair and the stylist Maria Papadeas not only has a great gift for color but is an amazing stylist and hair cutter — I even tried to leave at one point and had to go back begging her forgiveness for doubting her talent. It’s a great salon. Nice people, good atmosphere and excellent service.

I get a gloss put on my hair pretty regularly. I always do it in NY. This salon is inside of my gym and I have been ignoring it for years. I finally decided to go in there and they were great. Price was right. Job done well. Very clean. I’m totally going back.
