Mier Gallery

It’s difficult to keep track of all the new galleries that pop up in and around Los Angeles, but with prime real estate right off Santa Monica and an enticing array of shows– Mier is a must.
Having seen a handful of shows here, I can tell you that the offerings at Mier are more than your mere garden-​variety pieces of fine art. You’re likely to discover artists that are creating thought-​provoking works in mediums both classic and challenging. The experience feels intimate and personable, and you can sense the curatorial work at hand. The staff will always be more than happy to give you a crash course on their latest artwork, with recommendations about other shows to check out too.
All in all I love to stroll through Mier whenever I’m in the area, it’s a wonderful little gallery with a serious approach to art, but a friendly approach to the visitor experience.

This gallery was already in the process of taking a show down before the end date specified on their website. HUGE waste of my time. How difficult is to post correct information and adhere to a schedule? I will not ever be coming back here again.
