I love this laundry mat, but today I noticed that they put a new sign up not permitting pets inside. On this exact same day, this is what I saw. The attendant did nothing to let her know that her dog was not allowed in even though he saw her with her dog.

The place is really clean but don’t plan on coming close to closing. The owner is very strict on time. Their last wash should be a lot sooner considering that it takes about 30 minutes to wash and another 30 minutes to dry.
I felt like he was staring me down because he wanted me out of there by 9:50 when they close at 10pm. Oh well sucks for you cause your sign says 10pm and I ain’t walking out with wet clothes sir! (Which he also suggested!)
They have vending machines and wifi
Place is kind of small so I can see it getting cramped

First time here, so far I like that it’s clean, it has free working wifi and restrooms.

The place is clean, but the dryers take WAY longer than they say on the timers. The people who work there are super anal about you staying any later than the closing time, but how are you supposed to know how long it will take when the dryers won’t even dry your clothes??? Takes over an hour for a small load to dry, so annoying. I chose the other place down the road in Tujunga. They have wifi still, less crowds, and dryers that work properly.

Clean facility. Plenty of machines. The drying area can get a little crowded. I came specifically for the wifi so that I could get work done while I washed. The wifi was in and out the entire time. I got nothing done besides my laundry. I think it would be better if they didn’t advertise the wifi since it’s hardly even on long enough to utilize it.

None of the machines work on time!!!
I always have problems doing my laundry at the place! I don’t know why I return! Worst location!
If the washing machine says 26 minutes get prepared to wait for an extra 15 – 20 minutes eveytime! Waste of time I tell ya! I’ve informed the owner of this issue before but he doesn’t care about anything but making his 5 – 10 dollars off his hard working customers and still doesn’t provide quality service!
I’ve been to many laundromats in the past, ones that you think the machines would break on you or swallow your socks for life! But this one laundromat consumes your life longer than expected! Be prepared, bring a book maybe…
Last but not least before I end this rant!
None of the dryers want to accept quarters! lol you have to put up a 5 round boxing match every time to get a coin down the slot! Lmao wow that’s sad! Get your broken machines fixed! It’s only 10 – 15 bucks an hour for service! Might charge you two hours big deal!

Nice as far as laundromats go. They keep it clean, have lots of large capacity washers and flat screen tvs. What more do you want? I only wash my comforters at laundromats, so it’s perfect for me.

This place is awesome, its new and its clean. The owner, and his managers always take care of their machines, always makes sure they are all clean, and makes sure the place is clean also. If you dont have a place at home to do your laundry come here.
