The carne asada burrito was more like a Rice burrito, tons of rice very little meat. Also the asada was very hard and dry. Al pastor tacos were dry, tortillas were hard, meat was hard and dry. No limes were offered, no radish, nor grilled unions. What a disappointment.

Dried out Asada and poor service. the place used to be good. there was an older Latina woman who was nice and a good cook. now they have a little boy who treats you like dirt and overcooks the food. They raised the prices and added tax on top of that. The person taking the order doesn’t listen very well and then they act like you were wrong. I’ve never seen a truck charge tax on top of the price. I almost asked for my money back after the mistake and the fact that they wanted more. After chewing on the beef jerky that they call Asada, I really should have.

More like 2.5 stars… taco truck competition would kill this truck but they are really in a very lonely area of town especially late night. They take card which is the reason I ate here for a second time. Tacos are good, salsa is good but nothing here is great. Tacos Dorado are the rolled kind. Cheeseburger was wimpy and had slimy lettuce. Quesadilla was ok. Overall food overpriced. Enjoy!

their tacos dorados are the best. their tacos are a little above average. prices are ok. i like to call ahead for their tacos dorados because they take a few minutes to prepare. i like the monster taco logo that they took from the energy drink.

Monster Tacos is a good, not great taco truck. The al pastor is my favorite of the meats that they offer. It is very tender and oh so flavorful. The steak is also pretty good, sometimes it can be a bit chewy. The chicken on the other hand, not so good. It isn’t seasoned, it seems like it is boiled, and just pulled apart, it really has no flavor. My favorite item that they offer is hands down the al pastor nachos. They load these nachos up with delicious crispy tortilla chips, loads of meat and nacho cheese, cilantro, and sour cream. The nachos keep me coming back. Their homemade salsas are very tasty and I would recommend trying both the red(hot, hot, hot), and the green(not so hot). The price is pretty reasonable, about the same as any other taco truck. They take credit cards which is always a plus in my book. Bottom line, would we recommend checking out Monster Tacos? Sure, if you are in the area and want tacos, you probably won’t regret it. More like 3.5 stars. Monster truck is a typical taco truck. I’m giving it 3.5 star for the price you pay and how much you get, very poor but the food was decent. I had the half nachos with beef. It was tasty but pricy. Truck may be found on electronics pl. at noon M-F in Glendale. Wish they had a twitter(do they?).

Look… If you’re hungry and having a few beers at Eagle Rock Brewery, this is the place to hit up if you’re hungry and craving Mexican food. Price is definitely right and the food is quality!

I’m literally half way through this burrito and I have yet to bite into anything other than rice. Literally half thru, still no meat. The WORST burrito I’ve EVER had.

Man! I had a serious craving for their carne asada fries and they really hit the spot! This time there was plenty of carne. I also tried their mulita con carne and it was perfect. I’m curious to try more off their menu.

I love that I can order for pick up, the pretty girl at the register is on point w the orders and polite as well. Habanero sauce is a must. I always get fish tacos and the corn quesadillas, they’re delish. The nacho fries are good but I wish they had more stuff on it other than meat, cheese, cream, and cilantro(as I’m a veggie head). I tried some fish plate but that wasn’t too great, mostly cause the rice was ehhh.

Went to get a burrito Asada and a burger and well it was not what I ecprcted. The asada burrito was all rice harley any meat. The burger was on a sub bread and had way to much mayo. Wouldn’t recommend this place

Monster tacos are clean delicious and they are very consistent, I order from them about once a week. Go for the al pastor tacos and the chicken tacos(pulled all white meat, surprising and delicious.) People often rave about the Taco Zone Truck, these guys are better.

Delicious food can’t get enough of it! Close to home and better than most of the restaurants in the neighborhood.

Had three tacos. Pollo, asada, al pastor. nothing to write home about. pollo and al pastor were seasoned nicely. The salsa was a spicy red. they had jarrito pina, which was pretty tasty. $ 1.75 for a soda is a little steep. $ 1.25 for tacos was a bargain. Portions were fair. On Fletcher. EZ parking.

**3.5 stars** I tried this taco truck on a Saturday night. There were a few people in line and they even set out a few plastic chairs for customers to chow down. I ordered 1 carne asada taco and it took a while to make, at least 15 minutes which was rather long. The taco was quite good. I didn’t put any sauces on it but the meat alone had flavor to it and the tortilla was super fresh. It was only $ 1.25 which is a steal for decent tacos. I recommend trying this truck if you’re in the area.

They’re good, like walking up to the truck and salivating because the aroma of deliciousness just hit you, good. And they deliver with any orders over $ 30 and take credit cards.

This truck used to be Don Paco’s. Along with the name change, the truck itself got a face lift… and somehow, the food got even better. The sopes are incredible, and only $ 2! Another great thing about this truck is that it’s always in the same area: On Fletcher, just east of San Fernando. Look for the bright red truck and the flashing neon«open» sign. The Al Pastor will change your life.
