Hired these guys through a Craigslist ad to install a water heater (my first mistake). Then they arrive two hours after they said they would. Then they had to borrow my crescent wrenche to tighten the hoses. After noticing the water heater was shorter than the previous one they realized they would need a longer hose for the vent. They contacted their boss and he apologized and said they would come back the next day to complete the job.
In the wee hours of the morning, my carbon monoxide alarm went off. I realized it had to be coming from the water heater. So I turned off the gas and opened the all the windows in the house to get rid of the carbon monoxide.
They were scheduled to come back at 8:30am. They didn’t arrive till after 12:30. They replaced my old hoses, but claimed they couldn’t fix the venting problem. I called Nielmo Alfaro the owner and he said he would get back to me. I called back after an hour and got his wife Jessica. She flatly refused to send someone back to finish the job.
I must agree with the previous reviewer, this company is a scam!

this company is a scam!!! They stole my water heater and never returned!!! I told them if they did not return the water heater immediately that I would contact the BBS and post a negative rating on Unilocal.They replied that they would just add a comment that would try to make my comment to be false. I also contacted the California State Contractors Licensing Board and they are not licensed and they advised that it is ILLEGAL to sell used water heaters in the state of California. They are dangerous and can cause serious injury and or property damage!
