Both phones I got from them were rooted, which destroys many of the features and caused all sorts of problems. They also took my credit card info to set up automatic billing, and never followed through, because after one month, my phone was shut off due to NO AUTO BILLING BEING SET UP. Don’t go through them. Buy your phone on amazon and sign up with t-mobile’s no-​contract unlimited everything $ 50 a month plan WITHOUT this middle man who can’t do their job right.
