A cramped little studio with inadequate parking, it must attract low budget shows trying to save a dime at the expense of their crews!
Crew parking is far so account for additional shuttle time, and street parking is one hour only!
Security is pleasant, but lax, though that is a plus in some situations! Office space rented to non-​show related businesses doesn’t make much sense, eats up precious parking spaces, and leaves shows using the stages seeking additional outside storage and workshops.
