I have been coming here for years now. Best sushi in town. Service and food is always amazing! Keep up the amazing work! I love this small business and will continue to patronize it for years to come!

One of my favorite place to have sushi with my BF. Staff are always super nice and quick to bring out the food. Check in to get free Gyoza. Our favorite to get here is monster roll, baked salmon, Shisto pepper, baked mussels. I believe they have happy hour here too

I had to update my review today after their terrible menu change to Happy Hour. I have been coming here for years and have been a huge fan of all their happy hour menu items. Over time the items have decreased more and more. Today I came in and the menu has changed again and now has just a few things offered with not a single item that I can eat(dietary reasons). What used to be one of my favorite sushi spots is no longer the case. They have lost a frequent customer as well as all of my friends that I usually bring with me. The seem to increase prices in addition to decreasing their selection which makes no sense if you want to have repeat customers. It’s a shame a business would focus so little on client satisfaction. Their selection has drastically changed from what was originally offered and they seem to cater more to appetizers versus actual sushi or rolls.

This is the restaurant in LA I frequent the most. Not necessarily because it’s my favorite, but because it has become my friends and my go-to hangout spot. Honestly, the sushi is surprisingly good. The restaurant name is very deceptive so I was skeptical at first but I’ve been pleased with all the food I’ve had. My friends and I mainly order the rolls, the edamame, agedashi tofu, and the salmon collar. I can vouch for all of these. The service is pretty good as well, even when they’re busy. I’ll say my one complaint is their newly updated happy hour menu. Their HH menu used to be pretty freaking awesome with a great variety of fish options at great prices. One time, my friends and I went during happy hour and ordered multiple salmon collars, salmon sashimi, salmon everything and it was at such a great price. At that point in my life, I was consistently giving Oops Sushi a 5 star review in my head. However, now their Happy Hour menu is pretty lame. It has mostly become a drink menu but… I don’t go there to drink, I go there to eat sushi. The food items on their Happy Hour menu are only $ 1 or so cheaper than the regular menu so I don’t really feel like I’m getting much of a discount by going during Happy Hour vs going during regular hours. Long story short — deceptively good sushi rolls for a restaurant that doesn’t sound like it’d have good sushi. New Happy Hour menu makes me sad.

Sushi was fresh. Service was great. Didn’t give 5 stars only because eel and avocado roll was disappointing(still ok enough to eat. taste and quality not good like other things ordered) but everything else was amazing. Ordered seared albacore, black snapper and salmon sushi(2pcs each) seaweed salad and eel cut roll. All total almost $ 40 Side note. happy hour only good if you drink beer, basically no sushi or rolls on list. Mostly appetizers that are $ 1 off regular price. Frankly no need to try happy hour because you will be paying almost regular price. No real deals. I rushed there to catch happy hour based on old Unilocal posts and they must have changed it.

I came here last night with my mom for dinner, and it was my first experience at «Oops!» Everything from the quality of food to the quality of service was impeccable. My mom and I had the baked green mussels, spicy tuna, fried Brussel sprouts(YUM!!!) and the beef teriyaki(came on a hot skillet— absolutely delicious) My server, Dmitry, was extremely attentive and gave us great recommendations. Kwant and Name also gave mom and I such an enjoyable experience. Definitely coming back. Thanks«Oops!.

I am so sad! I used to love their Happy Hour! They had the best happy hour menu at a sushi bar restaurant in the area. Very yummy sushi rolls at really cheap prices and an awesome drink menu(which is still on the menu which is a good thing – pretty decent when it comes to sake + beer combos). Now, there’s no sushi rolls offered on their happy hour menu!:(But they do have different types of small appetizers offered. Don’t get me wrong though, the food is good but I’m bummed they changed their happy hour menu. Think I’ll have to venture somewhere else for sushi and sake during happy hours! :(

A very surprising find in a random Culver City strip mall! The food was tasty, we ordered: seared albacore(tasty and innovative but too expensive for the small portion) dragonball(a massive ball of spicy tuna wrapped in avocado, I think this would be better as many small servings rather than a huge one) chicken teriyaki(great value) california handroll(probably the winner of the order, a very well done classic with an appropriate balance of rice and fillings) T-off(an interesting spicy tuna + fried egglant sampler) Worth coming by if you’re hungry for sushi in the area

I been here for years really in to all of their rolls and sushi. My favorite is tic tac toe and monster rolls. The vibe is lovely and also the staff is friendly. I try their lunch especially their chirashi bowl super duper. Since their reopen for renovation their compliments us with newest items dragon ball that bomb! Thumb up for this place.

Bummer. I don’t know when this happened, but they’ve done away with the Happy Hour prices on sushi and rolls. Now you can only get a random assortment of things like edamame and truffle fries(???) for Happy Hour rates. Without the low prices, they’re basically just serving mediocre sushi. I got an Oops(I Did It Again) roll last night, and while the name is mildly entertaining, it tasted like pure garlic. I also got some albacore nigiri and it had a suspiciously fishy aftertaste. There are still Happy Hour prices on beer and sake, though, so if you intend to get so drunk that you don’t care how the sushi tastes, feel free to ignore this review. I, however, will not be going back.

Consistently good food and service. I’ve tried food to go, happy hour, and dining regularly. The green butterfly roll is my new favorite. It’s $ 10 regularly, and comes with salmon, tuna, crabmeat, and avocado wrapped in green soy paper.

Not opened… Long renovation. Hope they open soon. Drove over 30 minutes to find out they were closed! Gotta put the word out when you don’t live near. Will change my review when they are up and running. I’m just hangry!!!

Happy hour every day, on weekends 12−5pm. That’s so bizarre. The sushi and rolls are really good, the prices will want to make you order more until you’re stuffed and you realize you ordered too much food. But it’s excellent quality and beer and sake is super cheap. Just make sure you come early on weekends, we waited 15 min before they opened to get a seat and when we left there was a 30 min wait. What to get on the HH Menu: Gone in 60 sec, Spicy crab bite, Grilled Salmon Collar, $ 4 sushi, Spider Roll, Not«A» Roll, Crispy crab salmon. Plus $ 8 pitchers of beer, $ 2 drafts, $ 3 Draft with a sake shot, $ 5 large sake bottle. It’s a helluva great Sat Brunch! Regular Happy Hour Mon-Fri 5−7pm, also 10 – 12 Fridays. Sunday All Day!!!

Wow I’m so happy I stumbled upon this place with my bf. We were starving and with the crazy traffic decided to just pull over into the next sushi place we saw. We definitely lucked out by coming in. The attention from beginning to end was so good. Everyone made us feel very welcome and we’re always attentive. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed by us. When we sat down our sever was with us promptly and was always around to take care of everything. We ordered pretty quickly and all our orders came out pretty quickly. One roll was better than the next. We got the Gyoza and edamame to start off Witt and both were perfectly cooked. We also got the spicy crunch tuna, the candy roll, and the third roll was amazing as well — can’t remember the name though. Every thing was so delicious and very well presented. Keep in mind this was all under the happy hour menu so definitely got a great deal. I have found my new go-to happy hour sushi spot. Can’t wait to show it to my friends :)

I came here with 5 other friends on a Tuesday around 7:30pm. It was nearly full but they were able to seat us at the sushi bar after a 10 minute wait. I got the Spicy Tuna Bites and OMG roll. Both were very delicious and fresh! I was very pleased with their quality! I also got to try my friend’s Moonlight roll and So Sexy roll. I would definitely recommend all of them. The Moonlight roll is wrapped in cucumber instead of rice so it really brings out the flavor of the fish! I’d definitely come back again!

This review is for take out. I ordered on eat24 and my order only took 15 to pickup! I ordered a tuna, salmon, albacore roll, and salmon nigiri! Everything was pretty good. The salmon nigiri had a fatty texture to it. My only complaint is that they honestly could put a little more fish in the salmon roll! Other than that, I enjoyed my take out here!

It was first time for me to try this place. Pretty standard sushi place. I ordered oysters half shell which was small but delicious. And salmon was amazing and uni was also great. Service was decent– I think I will be back soon !
