It’s unfortunate that this is the only Panda Express in the immediate area. Most times I try to simply avoid going and eat other options. For the times I do go, here’s a rundown. Food: Apart from being rather expensive, it’s okay. Sometimes cold, but often not. Service: Dreadful. No matter how loud you say it, they will always ask you to repeat your orders; one should however consider the noisy nature of the location be also to blame for this. You won’t get a fortune cookie or utensils unless asked, which if you do, you will get a contemptuous look for inconveniencing them. Should you want it bagged to-go, they basically chuck the bag at you so you can do it yourself. Every time. Lastly, they don’t accept online orders via the Panda Express website. They instead promote a service called Tapingo, which, like the company website, makes it easier for customers of the area to order their food remotely, to then come by and pick it up. Unfortunately I can say nothing of it. The location is poorly managed in this regard considering 60% of their menu is missing. Should you visit, you will notice the contradictory heavy advertisement of the service.

By Far the Worst possible Panda express you can go too… Rude staff! All probably hired by USC… not sure but the service really sucks here… if they could they would measure and weight your food before serving you!!! REALLY for as expensive as this food is…

Don’t come here, I ordered orange chicken, they gave less than 5 pieces of orange chicken. It’s getting worst.

Don’t come here… it’s not only pricey but they have terrible service. I opted for the«bowl» and it was basically all rice and 6 pieces of walnut shrimp. Talk about stingy! The total cost was just under $ 8 because apparently the shrimp is premium so you have to pay an extra $ 1.25. Never again!!!

Good place to grab a quick bite at a decent price. However, the times displayed are not correct. Panda Express, at Keck medical, is not open on the weekends.

I am here at least once a week. Usually a good place to grab lunch on the lazy days I don’t want to bring lunch to work. Food is always fresh and ready to go. Not sure why I continue to get mushroom chicken tho… or maybe panda should change the name from mushroom chicken to zucchini with some chicken. On this visit, like most, I got all zucchini, four small pieces of chicken and two mushrooms yes, I counted. I either need to order just teriyaki chicken or stop ordering veggies as my main side dish. Either way. I love this location so I am willing to figure it out :)

Panda express. Its all pretty standard with them, my only complaint at this location in particular is that the lo mein noodles tend to be a bit dry on a few occasions, so I stopped ordering them. Brown rice is healthier anyway lol the bacon orange chicken was pretty nice if they still offer that choice.

I visit this location on a regular basis. Staff is always helpful and friendly, food is fresh and although this location does not have certain items larger locations carry, the more standard selection is great. The best thing about this place is that I finally feel that value is right on! This staff is very generous with their portions and although I’ve visited several locations, cross several state lines even, this smaller(yes, in a cafeteria) location has really stepped up. Their orange chicken is crunchier and spicier! They don’t skimp on their shiitake mushrooms on the chicken/kale/shiitake dish, they are generous with their veggie, chow main or brown/white rice portions too! Only downside is parking… then again, free parking… heck, any parking around this area is a small miracle M-F 6am-5pm.
