Great service. Great pizza. Ordered online and it was fast n easy. Will definitely be ordering online again.

There’s not much that I can say about the venue itself, because we ordered delivery. We submitted our order through the app which was simple. Of course, 2 minutes after the noted delivery time I called, because I was starving. The woman who answered the phone was very friendly and confirmed that my order was already out for delivery. 3 minutes later my pizza arrived.
I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be ordering again.

I placed an order for pick up over the phone last night and the gentleman who answered was very nice and said it would be ready in about 10 to 12 minutes so I arrived exactly 12 minutes after and when I walked in all 3 employees who were there greeted me with a nice warm smile. The girl who helped me was so nice and attentive and all the drivers walking in greeted me as well. I felt like their priorities were to give great Custer service and when the girl brought out the pizza she showed it to me and asked me if it was ok and if I needed any sauces. I was extremely satisfied with their customer service that before I walked out I looked at the employees including the delivery personnel and told them that the entire staff has awesome customer service and thank you for that. They all smiled and said thank you. When my husband and I got home we ate the pizza and it was amazingly good. Very fresh and cooked to perfection. Thank you staff that worked on January 23,2016 and who were on the clock around 9pm u guys all rocked!

The workers here are slow and inefficient. Why would it take 20 mins to make a medium cheese pizza with olives?

Placed an order at 11:03pm online… didn’t realize they were closed so order was scheduled for the next day. Took a chance and called the restaurant… got George who offered to make my pizza and deliver it tonight anyway as an exception. Way to go… Great service George! Happy Holidays :)

Wanted to place an order and had a coupon for L pizza and 8pc wings for $ 16.

They took my order and wanted to charge me total $ 23.75. The delivery charge is $ 3.25. When I asked how much is the tax they are charging me they told me $ 4.50.
I told them that is wrong but they insist that this is what the computer is showing.
I just canceled the order and got Dominos. I will not order Papa Jones never again.

Have been happy with them. Overall the pizza is consistent and good. Ordering online is a good idea as these orders are tracked and they do seem to arrive on time. When mistakes have been made on the order (not often), they have been corrected promptly. so overall we have had a good experience. Note that the deli pepperoni slices seem to have quite a bit of preservative in them, couldn’t sleep after eating these but the regular pepperonis seem to be OK.

This place took our order, said it would arrive in 40 minutes, charged our card and never brought our food. Now that we are disputing the charges with them they had the nerve to say «Maybe you were dreaming» about us calling in our order. This is unacceptable and extremely shady! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!

Me and my girlfriend were looking for a good pizza place. Fortunately we were able to find this place on Unilocal and found out we were very close to one! We ordered a large Hawaiian and it was great! It felt very light and easy.
The service was excellent as well. The servers were courteous and completed the order without a reasonable amount of time. We will be frequenting this place more often!

I hadn’t ordered Papa John’s since my college days (going back at least 10 years), but living on the Westside of LA now I was hopeful it would be a good late night delivery option. This location had such bad reviews, I felt like I needed to write this review because I was so pleasantly surprised by 1) the super fast (less than 30 minute delivery) at midnight on a Saturday night 2) how nice the delivery driver was by calling me on arrival as I asked and asking where to meet me out front of my very large complex and 3) the pizza was thin crust, piping hot with fresh topping and well done just like I asked. Don’t hate on this place unless you’ve tried it first-​hand — especially since they’re actually open for delivery until 1am in an otherwise desolate area for any kind of food delivery.

Me doing this is very, very sad. I’ve been a regular of the company for a while and have always been a consistently generous tipper (as I used to work in the service industry myself). When I say generous… I mean a $ 4 tip on a $ 15 tab not a $ 19 tip on a $ 15 tab. So… when I accidentally noticed that I put my total to be charged on my card in the tip area and only wanted to be refunded the extra amount (excluding the $ 4 I was trying to tip)-guess who never returned my call. You got it. Karma. You just lost a regular, nice, good tipper FOR LIFE. Jerks.

The heeeee… I don’t want these guys to spit in my pizza… These guys are dick heads i called concerned with my order cause the app sucks… They was like well the reviews are usually bad… Bull crap. I post nice ones cause I come from retail and people deserve nice reviews … When people speak to people with regard people return the respect in kind… Thank u papa johns for wasting 15 min of my life finding out I can’t switch either which papa johns delivers to me.

Ordered a large with 2 toppings half pepperoni half Hawaiian and it was delicious. Thin crust– well done trust me and try it. It was take out this place is close to my house. Parking sucks

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. So I ordered my pizza online and was quoted 55 – 65 minutes for delivery and I called the first time after an hour and 15 minutes and they said the driver should be there within 10 minutes. I called again after 1 hour and 30 minutes and asked to speak to the manager and they put me on hold and Junior answered saying they were sorry that someone had bought the pizza we ordered. How does that even happen? Ridiculous. Horrible customer service.

I usually only write reviews when I hate places but these guys were so awesome I had to give them 5 stars. I’m giving them 5 stars on service as I haven’t eaten one of their pizzas since college over 10 years ago but it was always awesome back then especially after a few or many drinks and dipping that slice into their amazing sauces that probably took several years off my life.
The reason they get 5 stars is because they actually did me a favor. My favorite local Japanese restaurant next door called «Fresh in the Box» has had their phone line busy for the last hour and my wife wouldn’t leave me alone about ordering delivery from there. These guys actually went next door to notify them and after hours of waiting we are now getting food delivered. I made a promise to order a pizza next time we are in the mood for pizza so I will definitely be calling them back.

Food was fine except I didn’t get what I order after repeatedly telling the jackass on the phone specifically what I wanted. I call him a jackass because he screwed up my phone number, my address, and order. He later told me he was the manager as well. I suspect he wasn’t because when I told him my order was incorrect and my food was delivered to the wrong household, I barely got an apology and was hung up on. Cool bro, cool!

The staff isn’t friendly which I assume is why this location got hit with such low ratings. 1.5 stars?! Really? The pizza we ordered was fantastic, filling and perfectly priced so I’m going to go ahead with a 3 star rating. I’d order from here again.

Such a shame to give it this one star that doesn’t deserve, it genuinely deserves zero stars. The workers are idiots… the place looks very dirty… when i ordered the pizza i took one look at it… and knew it was not right… once i ate it i could tell the ingredients were very old it tasted awful i just threw the whole pizza away and ended up eating leftovers… avoid this place like the plague!

So pissed right now! I had to Unilocal before I ate because we ordered delivery and got a $ 5 order of chicken poppers with our pizza. We got 11 pieces of which 4 were nickel sized, and only 2 were larger than a quarter. Really?! Really?! I really loved Papa John’s pizza when I lived in Torrance, but after thus horrendous and disappointing service, I think I’ll pass. See the pic I uploaded for proof.

I live less then 3 miles away but I couldn’t pick up pizza so I ordered it online. I filled out the online form for one medium pizza (nothing special) and included a tip. Perhaps this was my fault. I gave a 15% tip and that must not have been worthy of getting a hot pizza. I got a cold one AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER on a Tuesday night. I called at the one hour mark and was told that my pizza was «going out the door… and would be here in 20 min.»
Pick up the pizza or don’t fill in a tip. That’s the only things I could have done differently.
Or order from another location– there are plenty.
Or ordered from Dominos.
