I’m a Mac podcaster and a 30 year Apple user, but we all need help from time to time. I frequently call Pat for help, especially for hardware related problems. Pat was who I called when I put a magnet down on top of my (spinning) hard drive the very day I bought the new laptop. She didn’t fix that of course but she gave me great advice on what to do.
She has a calming nature, and can help the most nervous person with methodical, well thought out solutions. Some people will reach over and do things for you, Pat teaches instead. She takes her training very seriously and is absolutely the first person I recommend for Mac and iOS consulting.

Pat is incredibly helpful and accessible. I was filling in for an office manager a couple of months ago and when I re-​started her computer, the OS wouldn’t fully load – I’ve never seen anything like it, and I’ve owned Macs for 10 years. I tried several solutions myself, then discovered the Apple Care had expired… but before panicking, I called Pat, who walked me through several diagnostics over the phone. When those didn’t solve the problem, she made a same-​day ‘house call’ around 6 pm to run tests, and ultimately re-​loaded the OS and resolved the situation. It took a couple of hours, and she was great company while we waited – she shares her knowledge about Macs (and anything else that comes up!) easily and generously. I’d definitely recommend Pat for jobs of any size – she’s a calm, smart, friendly, diligent problem-​solver!

I often need help with my computer. I know a lot about Macs but I still run into trouble constantly. This is my Mac Doctor. She is available immediately and always has a great attitude to help everyone I send her way. She goes to people’s homes to set them up on a new computer or organize what they already have. She teaches people who don’t understand computers but want to use them. She is the one I’d recommend for any computer tech issue. The other thing she offers is newsletter web designs for normal people who need publicity or to get the word out. She’s kind of the handy jack of all trades for any technical needs or when I need to shop online she will find it cheaper and tell me the right thing to get. I trust her and I always get that great attitude with follow up. I’d say if you need someone to oversee any tech or gadget issue in your life this is the one.
