Payless Shoe Source

I love their styles except I have a problem wearing thew shoes. Most of their shoes are made with one wider than the other.

Regardless of what Payless i go to I am disappointed by their shoe selections. Being cursed with tiny midget feet, I can only fit 5– 5 ½ shoes. At most Paylesses (Paylessi, Payless’) I can not find «cute» shoes in my size. They only carry baby styled shoes for my baby feet and that ain’t cute. What I enjoyed about this Payless, is that the sales woman let me know that I can get my speciality size shoe sent to the store from the website. Although the stores don’t carry the variety of the site, they will ship it to the store for no cost. That made my tiny feet dance in my bitzy shoe! :D

I was very excited to hear that Payless sold boots in extended calf sizes. So excited, in fact, that I jumped online and ordered two pairs and took advantage of their BOGO event. Two pairs of boots for $ 70 that I knew would fit my feet? That’s just magical.
Sadly, my joy would be short lived because when my boots arrived I quickly realized that my calves were too small. Calves too big for regular size and too small for the extended calf size (I’m talking I can shove my fist in with jeans on)? That’s not magical. That’s a curse.
Conveniently enough, at least I was given the consolation of being able to return my boots to any store. This location is the closest to my home. Both of the ladies there this evening were very sweet and helpful. The one who helped me went out of her way to help address my calf issues. She explained that the extended calf sizes often require folks to go down in their shoe size and even ran around the store gathering a variety of other sizes to try. Sadly, I couldn’t find the right fit, but I was really impressed with how helpful she was and how easy she made the return once we agreed that all alternatives had been exhausted.
My search for boots for my fat calves continue, but I will keep THIS Payless in mind for future needs!
