Payless Shoesource

I’ve been looking for some black wedge sandals for work and couldn’t find any in my hometown. I was able to find them here! :) customer service was nice and friendly.
I also picked up a pair of cute floral heels that will be perfect for spring and summer… on clearance for $ 5!!! And then I had a coupon for 20% off so they came out to a mere $ 4! All in all, I only paid $ 35 for the two shoes. Will they last for me forever? Nope, but worth the money spent.

Sales associates are awesome always clean, helpful and welcoming. I give it a three star because of the general manager not sure what her name is but she is really rude not only to her employees but also to the customers. I could give this store zero stars for her but since the rest of the workers are nice I give it a three. A lot of people have complained about her I don’t know why she is still there. Next time I go hopefully I don’t see her cause just by seeing her face makes me angry and I will walk away I don’t want to create drama! Ugh I dislike her so much! There are about one or two other managers but she’s the gm the older lady she thinks she’s better than everyone else and tries putting everyone down. Seriously I don’t know why I keep going back for socks there. Like I said hopefully next time I go she’s not there! She either changes or Payless has to remove her. By the looks of it this store is doing well, it could do better with better management and CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH SHE LACKS!
