We volunteered at the Fred Jordan Mission this morning(Thanksgiving) and parked in the lot we were told to park in. When we finished, we noticed that someone had put up a $ 3 parking sign and left EVERY car in the lot a «collection notice» envelope requesting a $ 53 payment for a parking violation. The envelope directs people to pay Perfect Parking, Inc at 718 Gladys Ave, 3rdFL, Los Angeles. What a scam!!! Perfect Parking should be ashamed of themselves. I’m sure every one of these volunteers would have paid $ 3 to park there if they had known that was the fee. To try to collect $ 53 from everyone(and I mean every car had an envelope on the windshield) is shameful.

Parking attended had everyone in a line he wasnt there at all we were all lined up. This lady in a suv told parking guy Ive been waiting I would like to park he told her five dollars lady said no sign say three dollars he said no five for all day she said never mind ill go park somewhere else she started to leave then I Seen a parking attened from perfect parking taser a lady on this past sunday on 06-08-2014 on E Olympic Blvd the lady in the dark suv kepted asking parking attended to move from the fron of her suv over twenty five time he rufused everytime. Guess lady got feed up she went to the back of her suv was looking at sign from a distance started calling number the attended followed her then lady said out loud im calling police parking attended pulled out his taser and taser the lady after she said im calling police since you want to keep stand in front of my vehicle. The lady had her cell phone in her hand and parking guy said you should of never said you were going to call police on me. He tasered this lady while she was walking to get back inside her suv. Now this lady had her back to the back attended she wasn’t yell or cussing at the parking attended. He refused to let her out the parking lot then he taser her for no reason.

Alberto is such a douche!!! The sign gives you the option to pay later and he was giving us a hard time… i was nauseous from drinking and he gave us so much attitude when we rendered our card with no hesitation. So he had to turn his iPad on… big freaking deal… isnt that his job?! Never parking here.

I’m always pleased when I find the lots in Downtown LA with attendants wearing green shirts with the«P» Perfect Parking logo. They’re cordial, attentive and well organized. Very well managed company from what I can tell.
