too expensive no good service…

Worst service ever. Does not properly understand English. I ordered my food for delivery forgot one of my orders. Called to see how much longer and the guy on the phone keeps ignoring me and answered off her calls. Doesn’t let me know how much longer or how far the delivery guy is. Says he’s on his way to deliver but he never showed up. I call to figure what happened makes up bull that I didn’t pay for it but I did. End up never getting my food at all. Never eating here again.

I walked in there not expecting much. But boy, the phở was bad. The broth had a weird taste, the meat looked weird. Not finishing this as it tastes so bad.

Decent phở, and I have a feeling it isn’t strictly Vietnamese, because it tasted different from what I had in Toronto’s Kensington Market; it reminded me more of what I ate in Park Slope from Hanco’s. (Gentri-​phở.)
I had the house special with rare beef, meatball and shrimp. The broth was good, and I picked up some star anise and ginger in it. The meatball was slices of what they call pâté. There were a few good-​looking shrimps in it, as well as surprises like mock crab and calamari tentacles. Then the usual bean sprouts, cilantro, jalapeño and fresh lime were all there.
They have an A grade. It’s tasty phở, and most are priced around $ 8 before tax, so it’s a safe choice if you want phở and you’re DT. I’m going to have to try their Thai iced tea Babo when it gets hotter outside.

Good customer service, ingredients a bit old/​dry and underwhelming and broth a bit bland, but quick, close and tasted good!

I am not a Phở conesssouir, I’ve just gotten into Phở but this place is delish! They offer meat and seafood options. Along with spring and eggrolls. I’ve never had a bad experience here. I’ve tried the seafood phở, Tai and Dac Biet. All super yummy. Give it a try, you will be pleasently surprised!

Went here with low expectations… I mean, you have to understand you’re getting Phở at a food court so it’s really only worth it to come here for the convenience if you work in the area and it’s walking distance… and if you’re fighting the flu like I am. To be specific, the broth was fine but the bean sprouts and steak did not taste fresh. Also, CASH ONLY with an ATM that charges $ 2.50 next to it. If you have time and want to check out a great place, I would try Phở 87 in chinatown.

Hubby was sick and were in the area in search of some phở. Definitely hit the spot. Owners were really nice! It always feels good to purchase at family owned facilities.

Well I love Phở. I do think that it is def a + since they deliver but I know why you should go eat Phở at the restaurant. More or less its ok. Not the worlds best but you can’t complain when you are too hungover to move. Haha.

I’m a phở fanatic, and will look far and wide for a delicious bowl.
No mediocre bowl of phở is worth $ 8, but I think they can get away with those prices since there are no other phở restaurants within walking distance in the fashion district.
Taste is meh. I can’t finish it because I start feeling disgusting ¼ of the way through. The Korean style onion slices on the side helps counteract that to a certain extent though. I’ve had worse phở though and at least this place is right across the street from me and decent tasting enough when I’m hungover.
Cash only. The owners are super friendly.

Delievery was the only good thing though. I ordered the Combination Phở and portion was good but the broth was way too salty. It’s hard to dislike phở even when it’s bad but this was not good at all. I hardly enjoyed it. I’m also Vietnamese so I know my phở.
I won’t be ordering from here again. Sorry.

The Phở here is amazinggggggggggg. The price is a little high but I understand that this area is expensive as far as rent is, so its understandable. The parking is a little hard but its like that anywhere in DTLA.
However, the PHO itself is soooo fresh and clean. Its very light but extremely flavorful and the vegetables are always fresh. The EGGROLLS are to DIE FOR! Best Eggrolls I’ve ever had. The spring rolls are also delishhhhhh.
It is a mom and pop business and the owners are extremely friendly. I love PHO DT

I was really craving for a bowl of Phở, walked a mile from my office to find this place inside a food court. It was OK, hit the spot, but I think next time I’d rather drive into Chinatown and have real Vietnamese Phở. The beef stock was OK, noodle was OK, meat was OK, bean sprouts and basil are OK. That’s about it.

I was also skeptical about Phở LA but today I had try it because the gloomy rainy weather just made me think about Phở. I didn’t want to make the trek down to Blossom for Phở so I just decided since its across the street I’m going to try it.
I had the Phở Ga (Chicken) and egg rolls and it wasn’t bad. It’s not the best Phở I’ve ever had but it definitely hit the spot since I was craving it. The owners are Korean Couple and they are super cute and very nice. The great thing is they have delivery service so I’ll definitely be ordering since it’s so convenient and close by.

I simply miss this place. I ate there very often when I was working and living in DT. With my experience with Phở, they are GOOD. The soup, noodle and beef. It has own special taste mixed with some Korean flavor. I have to go back someday to just have the Phở! The downside is the parking is a pain!

Broth; no spice, kinda flat but a least tasty
noodles; OK actually fairly decent
Meat; kinda rank, meatballs have a good texture but there a little grissly bits in there and that might freak out the squeamish.
etc; good sprouts and but I did not get the bushes of mint and cilantro that makes me Uhhhh! ah well
I guess if it was on the same block where I worked I might consider going back but because it is 10 blocks away I have to say no more thanks

At first I was skeptical about this food court Phở place. At then I found out that it’s Korean owned which made me doubt it even more. But after a bowl of their #1 later, I was sold.
The broth was great and the ingredients all tasted very fresh. The only gripe I had with Phở D.T. was that it was more expensive than any of the Phở places I’ve ever been to. Yes, I like my phở cheap and delicious! Don’t you? But, given the choices in the area, I guess it is worth the price. Damn you supply and demand!
My friend’s spring rolls took almost 10 minutes to make which was strange since I got my phở within 3 minutes. Plus, the spring roll tasted very average. So, not recommended… unless you like average.
It’s hidden within the International Food Court but it’s not hard to find. Don’t forget to keep your receipt in case you need to use the bathroom. You have to show your receipt or pay. WEIRD HUH? Anyhoo… so, if you are ever near Santee and are craving a Phở fix, hit up Phở D. T!
