Pinch of Flavor Catering Truck

Don’t be fooled, Pinch Of Flavor is not your typical taco truck. They offer a diverse menu featuring staple Mexican fare, Vegetarian options, and even Burgers.
Every item on their menu is made fresh using quality ingredients, and has their own unique touch in the recipes. Lots of attention to detail going on here, which is rather uncommon for a food truck.
I’ve tried their tacos (meats & seafood), burritos (asada, carnitas, pastor, shrimp, lobster) tortas, asada fries, and even their Angus burger. Every item here is delicious, filling, and I repeat again: FRESH. You will not get sick eating here. Prices vary by item, but there’s something on the menu for everyone.
Their salsas are so good, they should be bottled and sold. Their guacamole is always fresh, and even has chopped cucumber mixed in it: so TASTY!
Next time you’re in Silver Lake, and see the blue truck stationed outside of the Satellite LA nightclub, pull over & treat yourself!!!

A buddy of mine asked the truck to come to the spot that I continually frequent on thursdays in Hollywood, called the Dragonfly for my favorite music on Thursdays called RESPECT (DRUM N BASS).
I tried the asada fries the first time they were there.
The steak is marinated just right in combination with the cheese and onions on their fries.
I don’t don’t prefer fries but there’s something about the fries that I just can’t say no to !
It was Very delicious and will always be a hit on the savory taste buds that you mouth will always crave !
The second time I purchased a dish from this jewel of gourmet restaurant on sheets I chose the seafood trio.
One lobster taco, one Cancun (style) taco, and one fish taco.
First of all, I was shocked that any food truck would have lobster !
I was greatly impressed ! It was delicious !
The Cancun and the fish taco weren’t anything to sleep on as well ! Excellent !
The third time they came I bought the angus bacon cheese burger. It was cooked just the way that I like it !
Juicy !
The thick cut bacon was smoked also !
You have to try this truck !
Look out for it !

WOW. WOW. WOW! That’s all i could think while i was savoring the taste of my shrimp burrito. Pinch of Flavor is more like a burst of satisfaction and thankfulness that the good Lord gave me a tongue to relish a symphony of rice, succulent tiger shrimp, lettuce, refreshing avocado and some sort of delicious secret sauce which perfectly balances these ingredients.

This truck came to my job for lunch… nice people, good food and lots of good options… I give only 4 stars because the fries were a bit on the hard side and there was more bread than meat for my angus burger. Good choice, decent prices.
