Wow, from reading the reviews I had low expectations. even when I first called the lady on the phone was a little awkward didn’t seem to have emotions. But what blew me away was the awesome delivery driver. He had the most amazing customer service I’ve seen in a while. He went out of his way to assure everything was great, and it was nothing less then that.
P.s I received my order within the 30 – 40 minute mark !

I was so hungry I failed to check the reviews first. Who’da thunk to check Pizza Hut reviews? It’s Pizza Hut!
Same experience as everyone else. Pizza not arrived over an hour after ordering. Tried to call and the line for pre-​existing orders was ineffective, a busy signal after you press the option. Tried again and used the new order line, of course that works. The operator said the order was «19 minutes away» right as the delivery guy knocked on the door. Could he be any more apathetic? Not a care in the world when I said I was just on the phone checking, no pen for me to sign, and no friggin’ peppers or cheese! Top it all, I opened the box after he left to find the pizza far less than fresh. The one on Venice is literally 3 blocks from me, yet the one on LaCienega is further and designated to my area. No matter. I should’ve and will only order elsewhere this point on.

I decided to try this location and sadly I regret it. The pizza was destroyed, and the wings barely had any sauce on them. Everyone seemed to have an attitude and didn’t seem to care for customer service. Not the best location and will not be returning here.

I don’t really like ordering pizza from here but my boyfriend wanted Pizza Hut for a change, they tend to take and hour and a half to deliver and when you call to place an order or check up they are so rude the girl that answered was just plain rude she nearly hung up on me I didn’t even finish my question for her. Don’t think we’ll be ordering from here anymore. Thank god for dominos :)

I wish they had a –1star. The delivery guy couldn’t even put in the code for the front gate. And the pizza was cold and I think he dropped the box on the floor or something because it was all messed up. .
Don’t order pizza from this place.
Don’t let the brand name fool you.
The owner should fire all of his staff because they are destroying his business.

ill keep it short and sweet — live one mile away and it took more than an hour and a half to get my cold pizza. they did offer to make another one but i was so hungry when the delivery guy showed up i didnt care. not my idea of fast and easy pizza delivery.

If negative stars were possible, trust me they’d earn it!!! Worst customer service ever! Ordered online & 2 hrs later haven’t received anything. Tried calling about 45 min after i ordered, call would never go thru. Even now, took 3 tried to speak to someone just to find out they cancelled my order!!! What?!? Because I am a new customer, they say they called to verify the order. I received 1 call, with no one on the line & when i called back, i couldn’t get thru!!! What bullshit!!! Definitely never ordering from them again.

Can’t even give 1 start, terrible customer service spoke with the so called manager and service was even worse! What’s the point in calling with specific delivery information and it’s not used, ruined my Valentines Day surprise! No apologies Nothing from manager!

I called the restaurant before placing my order online. I was told it would be no longer than 45 minutes for my simple order of 2 medium pizzas. TWO HOURS LATER I am still waiting. Don’t ever order from here. They lie, cheat, and steal your money. What a shame, I tried to contact corporate but to no avail. ORDER DOMINOS OR PAPA JOHNS OR ANYTHING ELSE. THIS PLACE IS UTTERLY PATHETIC, NO MANAGERIAL COMMENT WILL MAKE UP FOR THE CRAP SERVICE.

Are you serious??? Placed my order at 9pm… It’s now 11:30pm and no pizza!!! This is freaking ridiculous, I’m calling and I’m pressing option #2 to check the status of my order and guess what? No freaking answer!!! 5mins later So now someone picks up and she’s like are you serious? It shows that your pizza got delivered already… GREAT! Just what i freaking needed, never ever ordering from this place again!!! My pizza just got here at 11:56 and it’s cold.

Normally, I’ve had pretty good experiences with this location but tonight, I’m pretty pissed. I placed an order on 12/​19/​2014 for a pizza and giant cookie at 11:19pm, WELL before closing time. ETOA was 12:14am. Fine. 12:30am has came and went and no call, no pizza. I tried to call them up to find out the status of my order because it says they are open till 1am, and instead I got an automated voice saying they are already closed! Very pissed because I was looking forward to my pizza and cookie… especially the cookie… I really love cookies… and I waited and waited. You guys fucking closed without delivering my pizza and giant cookie. Or at least you were unreachable! Very reluctant to ever order here again. Ordered at Domino’s instead. Screw you, Pizza Hut! This location, at least. It’s 12:45… still nothing. Won’t be ordering from here for a very long time, if ever.
Cheat meal night gone horribly wrong. But I suppose it could have gone worse.
** AFTER I’d already ordered with Dominoes and given up my card info, NOW they call at 12:48am (nearly an hour and a half later smh). Sorry guise, already ordered elsewhere. On the record, I ordered with Domino’s at 12:43am and they got my pizza here nice and hot by 12:49am!!! Lightening fast! Awesome! Now I’m full with leftovers! :)

Disappointed to say the least. I ordered yesterday at 11:50 and didn’t receive my pizza until 1pm. The box was caved in, and wet and the pizza was cold. I complained to the driver and he said to call. The lady that answered the phone acted as though I annoyed her. The cheese was solid and didn’t string. I ask that it be well done yet it was doughy. I spent $ 26 on this pizza and tipped the driver $ 2. II ordered the bacon and cheese crust, it didn’t string either. I don’t have a car or I would’ve gone to Lamiert Park. I’m so done!!! She didn’t offer apologies or discount OR a redo…

I will never order from pizza hut ever again. I had ordered 3 pizzas and a liter of soda (8÷15÷14) and their estimated time arrival was 55 – 60 mins. I was fine because I wasn’t in a hurry. My order was submitted at 6:55 p.m. and I still had no pizza at 8 p.m. I called at 8:08 p.m. only to have them say my order was behind another order and it would take additional 10 – 15 mins.
What infuriates me was when the cashier said my order was behind another order therefore the delay, no shit dickwad, that’s how a restaurant/​fast food works. I ended up cancelling my order at 8:30 because I had no pizza and they did not send out my order either. So I had 5 starving kids (including a moody teenager) upset with me. Way to go pizza hut!
Still have not gotten a refund and got charged $ 30 for imaginary pizza and soda. Made a complaint to only find out this place is a franchise so they won’t even have corporate on their asses, unless they have a substantial amount of complaints. F*cking lame.

I order a pizza and they confirm the expected delivery to be an hour out. An hour later I’m anxiously waiting. I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt so I decide to wait a little before calling to check. When I finally do call there’s no apology, just «it’s coming» and I explain that I ordered it an hour and a half ago and she replies «ok…» As if she couldn’t care less. I’m pretty understanding with things but at least be apologetic as opposed to rude. I hate not tipping people for their time but… definitely not tipping.

Horrible costumer service. Freaken ridiculous manager doesn’t know what the heck she’s doing keep calling for an order for almost 3 hours! Just got fed up and canceled it. This location is ridiculous!

Horrible place, clueless drivers and clerks including management, you’re lucky if you get what you ordered, this franchise brings the Pizza Hut name to the ground and steps all over it!

have ordered a few times before, always OK. Not tonight. 3 cheese stuffed crust? More like no cheese at all, on or in this pizza anywhere. «Forgot the ranch, if you want I can bring it to you in an hour», um how about no. Hot? This thing tastes like cold bad cafeteria pizza. What a waste of my time, money, and appetite. Corporate better pay attention to this branch, as for me I’m switching to Dominos.

Today June 12 at around 7:10 I called a guy took my order tells me it would take about 15 minutes I gladly wait get mysel over there just to find out they never made my pizza as I told the shift leader everything I told the guy that I ordered from she just said that if I wait another 10 minutes it would be ready not even a apology from her! Mean while the fat kid that took my order is hiding in the back instead of comming up to me and telling me that he didn’t send it in I asked for his name so that I can call customer service about my situation and the shift leader refused to give it to me after I told her what I wanted it for I hope the GM of this location will see this and expect my call tomorrow at noon get better staff please

This location is new and marked wrongly on the map. The actual location is on La Cienega and 18^th.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
Avoid until they’ve been around for a few months and perhaps the service improves.
Placed my order and lealy indicated that I only have a $ 100 bill on me, hoping they would not be surprised and ready for it.
The driver shows up and tells me he has no change. When I tell him I had already told them, he first denies it, then looks at the receipt and in large letters it says that I only have a $ 100 bill! He goes away, while we sit and wait his return (the store is only about a 3 minute hort drive away) BUT HE NEVER COMES BACK!!!
90 minutes later, we order from Dominos and tell them our situation, they deliver gladly and no hassles.
I don’t know if this store is a franchise or corporate owned, ether way it is an embarrassment to the brand and you should avoid them at ll cost.

Okay, okay, before you send me hate mail, just hear me out. Yeah, Pizza Hut mass-​produces non-​artisan, corporate pizza, but…
1.) $ 10 for any size pizza, any way you like it? Yeah, I’m gonna bite.
2.) $ 6.50 for 8 hot wings that were both meaty AND lit my mouth on fire for minutes after I was done with ‘em. Score. When we were done eating them, we wished we had ordered more.
The wings were actually fantastic. Crispy without being battered; just some deep-​fried skin that crunched ever so slightly. The sauce was sinful! Butter, ground pepper, vinegar… Everything a grown-​ass man needs. While the pizza was average, the wings were unexpectedly good. Thank you, WingStop.
If you’re drunk or stoned, Pizza Hut magically becomes an acceptable place from which to order pizza. Without the booze or weed, you may wanna stick to Mozza or something. However, the wings at this location really hit the spot, regardless of the state you’re in.
