Don’t ever order here. Save your self the the time and order from Dominos. First off they were late on my order because «it was busy» claimed the phone girl which was very rude.
2 hours later and a promised 30 $ credit after I get the pizza… disgusting pizza and the chicken wings were crushed.
After a week or two I decide to take my offer of the 30 $ credit only to be told no.
What liars! From the managers mouth too!

The worst place ever first of all the drivers expected me to walk up to his car and get my pizza then my pizza was drenched in barbecue sauce. And then when called in the manager expected. ME to drive to the location for my refund ridiculous managers name is ashley i will be making sure corporate hears about this.

$ 5 pizza deals are bullshit sales tactic. Will never go to this place. This was by far lowest I’ve seen a company go

Unprofessional as it gets. They mixed up my order when I checked at home. I called to address the situation and get clicked on. I call again and speak to the manager and Wesley hangs up on me. I call again and ask him why he hung up he denies but later admits he did. I asked for his manager he hung up on me. Best believe I’m going to pursue this issue. Most of my Unilocal reviews are positive so I’m mostly positive but that guy is going to get it.

Worst experience Willy the manager looks like he just eats the pizza all day instead of working he has a terrible attitude and needs to be replaced I’ve been coming here for years but stopped because of his annoying personality

This place always does a half assed job… I mean if you burn the pizza you know you see its not at the best of your ability, Id rather hear I burned your pizza let me make you a new one a suppose to having super burnt crust and dry pizza… It’s always something with this spot, there’s always something to bitch about. I still ate my pizza, I rather eat burned pizza then complain and risk having someone spit in it

Ive been ordering here for so many years, and i order almost the same thing every time. Today i ordered «The dinner box with pasta & bread sticks with marinara sauce» & the «que papas». Every time they always forget to bring me the sauces. Im a sauce person so today i made sure that everything i got, in the descriptions it says it includes sauces, if not i was planning to buy the sauces. The dinner box says it comes with «bread sticks with marinara sauce» & the quepapas says it comes with a side of ranch, so it didnt buy any extra sauces. I also called to remind about the sauces too. But then again, my order came without any sauces. Idk, i guess ill have to buy the sauces to get the sauces next time then.

This place has always looked dirty inside. We have gotten incorrect orders plenty of times and on our most recent order food poisoning. Me and my partner ordered boneless wings, and a Hawaiian stuff crust. Went to bed feeling a little gross and then the next morning we had uncontrollable vomiting and diarrhea along with terrible stomach pains and chills. We were bed/​restroom bound for about 8 hours. Never ever ever ever EVER will order from here OR Pizza Hut ever again.

Here I am once again! And in no way has this Pizza Hut gotten any better it’s the fucking worst man! Worst customer service ever!!! And man the chicken wings are always nasty and not cooked fully and have blood when I bite into them! This place should either close down or get a health inspection ASAP!!! It’s not sanitary!!! They need new employees who offer better customer service! I’m in way trying to be a mean bitch but god they are just so rude it’s like why even bother working their if you don’t wanna deal with people! Wheres the District manager man! Because the manager at this location is rude as well

Over the phone I was told my pizza would be ready in 15 – 20 if pick up or 30 – 45 min if delivered but bcs I know sometimes it can take longer for delivery and it’s not more than 5min away from my house I decided to rush here and pick it up myself! Well I’m still waiting and it’s now 30min later. Hope the pizza is worth the wait. I just noticed I paid and on tv monitor says pizza ready for (name) yet nobody says anything to me. Wow! Really?

I am not one to put bad reviews. First off my mother calls, is told that she can not be assisted because there is no one absolutely absolutely no one in the store that can speak Spanish «sorry». That is so absurd. The times, well ALL the times that I have been there in that store there is at least two to three people that speak Spanish. Is it that hard to put the call on hold and ask your colleague for help? I’ve done work like this when I was a teen and IT’S NOT!.. Second I called 2 mins after they had hung up on my mother I speak to the employee and informed them on the issue… was told that maybe during the time the call was done there wasn’t but that at the time there was people available… in 2 minutes there’s already someone available… wow…then i go in to pick up my order… isn’t ready? Ok… there’s people waiting aside from me all complaining on the time… the employees goofing around where the pizza is being done. The girl doing the pizza drops it and everyone starts laughing as if it’s fun and games in there… really shift managers you can’t control your employees? Everyone is seeing the lack of management. The shift manager is the one that assists me when I walk in chargers me and asks for the name on the order… leaves to this stool by where the phone is… another employee comes and asks how can I be assisted… are you serious??? Start the process all over??? All the shift manager had to do after charging me was hand me my order… sooooo hard huh… I’m so upset right now… order was done at 330 pm on June 28, 2015… store manager please retrain your employees. Thank you.

I’m not a huge fan of Pizza Hut’s pizza, but tbh, I saw their commercial for their new brownies, so I thought I’d give them another chance. When the pizza was 23 minutes late, I called the store and asked to speak to the manager, who was completely unapologetic and rude.
The pizza finally arrived, but it was cold. The balsamic drizzle was actually really good, and so were the brownies, but that doesn’t make up for shoddy service.

Horrible customer service never got greeted when we walked in waited ten mins to pay for our pizza and the shift manager that rang me up was a bitch. Shouldn’t give your customers dirty looks try and smile instead.

Honestly I am normally an avid pizza hut guy for my business in the hawthorne area of so Cal for marketing but for personal I regretfully have to say this is in all honesty a terrible pizza hut. We received our pizza with no drizzle sauce and literally dry sauce over baked. I know pizza and this is not what most would consider worth the amount you pay for. We are supposed to get a reimbursement. we will see and I will follow up. Wesely the manager told me he made the pizza. If he is the one running the joint I feel bad for the owner being an owner of my own business. Easily to refund us full cost, are u insane! Did not even offer to fix the problem and get a new pizza out quick to fix the issue! Bad business move. He also said he was the manager, a manager making a pizza in that fashion in the food business? Are you serious? Then when explaining my problems of the 3^rd time ordering from here he got smug and rude and hung up on my last word. My advice to the owner of this business is to hire a good manager and not someone that will and is running standards into the ground for this location. In the end its fast food but if I wanted pathetic food I would have ordered mcdonalds, at least I know where their standards and practices are placed on the fast food companies.

This place deserves zero stars. Ordered my pizza and wings online and given a delivery time of 30 min. An hour goes by and nothing. I called to find out where my pizza was and all they said was the store was having problems. Mind you there was no apology given for it being late. Finally get the pizza and turns out one of the pizzas I ordered was made completely wrong. When I called back to let them know i have a received the wrong pizza they said they will make a new one and send it right out. Another hour goes by and again no pizza I call them to find out where it is. At first they had no idea what I was talking about. Then at last they figured it out and said it will be there soon. Once again not even a sorry for the inconvenience from the woman on the phone. Will never be ordering form this Pizza Hut again.

This place deserves a zero. I have been busy all morning and I decided to get a quick delivery from pizza hut. It is Wings Wednesday and I ordered the garlic parmesan with bone out. I started to eat my lunch and I noticed this long light colored strand of hair in my food. I have dark shoulder length hair that could not possibly belong to me. I was absolutely disgusted! I called and the manager refused to give me a refund and only store credit. Are you kidding me? Do you really expect me to order from this location again? This is completely unsanitary. It definitely killed my appetite!
*they called me back to reimburse me but they kept the tip. I will never order from this location.

Just want to say soffian is great employe very honest! Very great pizza!!! (rest is 3 stars always work hard don’t sit on the phone & chat or text you have a customer ahead !)

I’m glad that they hired mentally challenged people to staff this outlet. Let me start off by saying that.
One of their employees’ friends just got out of jail – I overheard this while waiting an additional 15 minutes (beyond the original 20 minute quote for my online order) for my single large, two topping pizza. Happy for her. Meanwhile, other people’s orders were stacking up – they were made so quickly that people weren’t even showing up to retrieve them. I stood up to ask about my order, and they offer me about $ 35 worth of food that was meant for «Dominic.» My name is John.
Why didn’t I get delivery? They have an incredible delievery charge, and they expect a tip on that. I’ve waited more than an hour, and I live a 15 minute walk from this franchise.
I don’t hate Pizza Hut or chains in general. I hate this single outlet, and I have no immediate intention of going back.

I go to Pizza Hut very frequently. After testing out several locations in the area, I have to say that this location is best. Always fast and consistently great food, this location doesn’t dissapoint. I usually order for one and the whole process takes about 20 minutes… not bad considering the high volume of orders Pozza Hut gets. Also, I have to mention how cool the staff is… always friendly and welcoming when I order pick-​up.
Not let’s get to that pizza…
SOOOO good. The way Pizza Hut prepares their pizzas is truly exquisite. The crust is lightly crispy and crumbles in the most delicious way. The sauce is never too heavy (which I prefer) and the cheese could t be more tasty. Whether it’s the classic recipe or any of the newer inventions, Pizza Hut has stepped up their game and has kept their prices low! Definitely order a pie from this location… don’t know if I trust the others yet.

I don’t remember eating pizza as awful as Pizza Hut’s…and I get pizzas delivered from various restaurants at least once a week!
Granted, my expectations are lowered when ordering from a national chain, and fortunately, I have lots of other options in my neighborhood. Still, I recently wanted to order from a different place and I hadn’t had Pizza Hut in quite some time, so I placed my order online.
As soon as I opened the box, I knew I was in for a disappointment. It looked exactly how it tasted, which I’d compare to frozen pizza, except worse.
Seriously, those $ 5 Little Caesar’s pies have more freshness, and even those awful slices they sling at 7-​Eleven are better… and for much less than Pizza Hut!
